Hotel was clean and quiet and nice having beach scuttle right there!!!!

Location to beach shuttle pool was great staff was nice Beds were super comfy 😁

Not a Good Experience

The location was convenient.

The hotel was empty except for my husband and myself, and a few other couples. By Sunday night it was myself, my husband and one other couple. It was eerie and spooky. In the morning, if we stayed in the breakfast room past 9:30, a staff worker would just turn out the lights. There was no reason to make us leave the breakfast room since the hotel was EMPTY. This was not the first year that I stayed there, but it is definitely my last. I felt like I was staying at the Bate's Motel!

A Marvelous Beach Experience in a Very Convenient Location

The hotel is fairly close to the beach and I could jog or drive there fairly easily. The room was clean and pleasant. The staff was efficient and the property was in a good location in general. My partner and I had a lovely time at the beach and in the hotel room. The hotel is next door to a gourmet grocery store and down the street from several restaurants.

They could have provided a few more healthy breakfast items.

All in all we enjoyed our stay, and would probably go back again!

It was a nice large room, and quiet! The pool was lovely!

The shower didn’t seem clean.. the tub bottom didn’t feel clean and was slippery, and I also fell.

Location is great

The shower wall had a lots of hair, the room had a weird smell, hairs in bed and the shower walls, light bulbs out, fridge did not work! We just sleep there and luckily I have my bed sheets and pillows cases!

Exceptional

This property was nothing short from amazing! It was super clean and smelled clean as well. My Husband and I are so used to staying at chain hotels for comfort so I was skeptical. I am a review reader so I balance out what people say. I couldn’t really determine with the reviews only speaking of the breakfast ! so we took a chance and glad that we did. We will be back to visit and to stay at this Hotel Particularly. Thank you to the welcoming staff! You all were Great!!!

Great location but smells like smoke

Location was amazing and close to boardwalk in rehobeth beach and next door to oulets.

The bed linens had hair on it in different places and during covid times that doesn't make it look sanitary at all. Ceiling look like it had cracks in and mildew from water leak. Short staffed in morning for breakfast. smoke free hotel had smoke smell in the front lobby and elevator all the time. Smoking outside and right beside door that opens and closes all day and night. Moving the smoke location outside would help alot.

Wish they would have offered a late checkout and also the person checking to see if we were out was not that nice a little rude I would have paid extra even for an hr more but was told it was not offered

Five Stars for Beach Boutique Hotel

It’s a great location, the staff was very nice. We loved the pool and the room was very nice and clean and was large for a hotel room.

The only thing I would suggest is adding to the breakfast.

The size of the room was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The breakfast was terrible. I realize COVID protocols, but the offering was sub standard. The front desk staff was unavailable. No one was at the front desk when we went down to get additional towels. We had to wait 15+ minutes before they showed up.

Good accommodations

The staff were very nice! The hotel room is a good size (we had a queen deluxe) for our family of four. The pool was nice, clean, and well maintained. Our preteen and teenage girls loved it. The cleaning services are still restricted for COVID precautions, but you can get clean towels and sheets daily or as you’d like them. Humidity in our room was an bit of an issue. The hotel is very close to the DART park n Ride (it is right behind the hotel).

Pleasant

The location was great. Close to outlets and restaurants, only a 10 minute drive to the beach. The room was big.

The room smelled like a dead person (what I imagine that would smell like). The hotel was short staffed and/or not trained well so when requesting help with something in our room it didn't happen for 20 hours. Breakfast was practically non-existent even after Covid restrictions were lifted.
