Comfortable bed, spacious room, solid breakfast. Service up and down.

1. Room nice, clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom really nice. 2. Breakfast - variety of options, gluten free available upon request, older lady working in breakfast area was so cheerful, helpful and friendly

1. Communication - I had messaged the hotel (via Booking.com, where the stay was booked through) couple times in the days/weeks prior to my arrival. I asked to confirm a shuttle could pick me up. No response was ever given. 2. On the night I arrived, there was an accident near Terminal 3 or something, which significantly delayed shuttle pick ups across all hotels. That’s not their fault of course. However: A) the hotel never contacted me to say this; B) I called the hotel and they told me the driver was stuck in traffic and they had no idea how long it’d take (I’d already been waiting an hour); and suggested I take a taxi or Uber. C) I ended up taking a taxi for $35, which they said they couldn’t guarantee would be reimbursed. D) Turns out, there were shuttles from two other hotels right next to Fairfield Inn whose shuttlesHAD come by the airport (I saw them both, one twice), but no arrangements were made to pick up other guests. Disappointing they didn’t think to coordinate or collaborate, like others did. 3. Booking.com said my check out was at 12pm. When I called about breakfast and confirmed checkout time, the desk said 11am. 4. I then booked to be on the 11am shuttle for the airport. In the room, I was preparing to go downstairs (I had two large luggage + backpack and was alone). It was 1055am on the clock provided by the hotel. I was almost out the door when the room phone rang. I stopped midway and answered. Impatiently, the front desk attendant asked about my 11am shuttle reservation, because the driver was about to leave. I told her I was on my way and the room clock says 1055 (i.e. I was not late yet - and only on the 2nd floor). She responded, “It’s 1058 and he’s about to leave. You need to come down here.” It was incredibly rude and I had already said I was on my way. Worse yet, when I went downstairs, everyone, including the driver were in the lobby and no one’s bags were in the van. The rush was…??? Really left my visit on a sour note.

Rude & Aggressive female manager

Our pre paid booking was cancelled on us due to delayed flights. We called reception when we arrived in Dallas and the rude manager on shift at 8:30am on the 30th of June told us we were no shows and she had cancelled the booking and hung up on my husband when we said we had just arrived into Dallas. Room was paid for until 12pm. They have kept our money and would not let us check in for a nap and shower. We had travelled from Australia. We sent a message through booking.com to say our flights were delayed and the manager said it did not count cause it was a third party. She was just so aggressive toward us through no fault of ours.

Everything was excellent. Exceeded expectations.

Front desk/ check in staff was very nice. Just baked fresh cookies so the lobby smelled like fresh baked cookies. Room was very clean and modern. One of the best hotel stays ever.

Good, fresh breakfast selections. The staff were courteous and professional. We appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle.

The indoor pool was very cold. The whirlpool was nice, however.

We will definitely stay again next time we pass through Dallas

This hotel surprised us, we usually stay at the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott, but this time we decided to stay at this new hotel and we weren't wrong, the hotel is small, but the rooms are new suites, comfortable bed, decent bathrooms, breakfast isn't much Rich in options, but enough for a decent breakfast.

L'accueil froid, expéditif et désagréable les 2 fois où nous y sommes allés. Vraiment pas agréable. De même que la personne conduisant la navette qui, les 2 fois, a été très désagréable, voire impoli et agressif.

Perfect choice for an overnight layover

Staff was absolutely incredible, shuttle was fast, efficient and friendly, check in was quick and easy. Great breakfast with lots of options, comfortable and clean rooms and no noise issues to prevent sleep during our layover. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

No complaints whatsoever. It was pricey but what isn't these days?

Aceptable pero no regresaría

I love how close the hotel is to the airport (10-15 mins) and accessibility to popular hub areas in the DFW section. The airport shuttle is free, but please don’t be cheap and tip the drivers! I also enjoyed the fact that hot breakfast was included which is something I always look for in a hotel. I’m getting my monies worth okay! Lol. The breakfast served was good and had more options than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Each section was catered to a different food need, such as station one had waffles you could make on your own, hot scrambled eggs and pork sausage among other things. The next breakfast section had fruits, oatmeal, juices and biscuits; there is so much to choose from, very helpful for picky eaters. The area was constantly cleaned and replenished when needed. The room I had was clean and sanitized, no complaints there. The staff are friendly and helpful; overall my experience was good for an overnight stay.

One thing that can be improved is the communication with the free airport shuttle service. The website and staff need to be clear on all shifts as to how it works. I did not find out until the day of my departure that my flight information needed to be given to the front desk and scheduled for the time of my arrival. Instead, I was told to call once I landed, where to find the pick up van area and the driver would pick me up. It wasn’t a big deal to me because the distance from the airport is less than 15 minutes, so I didn’t have to wait that long for the driver, plus it’s a free service. Other than that, I didn’t get to experience the hotel the way I wanted to as I only had a one night stay. If I decide to come back to the DFW area, I would love to stay more days to give a full review of my hotel stay experience.

Great for a short trip and to take an early flight

We picked this hotel because it was relatively close to the AT&T stadium and the airport. We were looking for place with a free shuttle to the airport as we had a 6 am flight after a football game. The hotel was in great conditions and the shuttle on time.

Bad customer service

The location was good. And the facilities were fine. No issues there. Everything was clean, and the linens were nice. Decent room size, typical bathroom.

The staff was incredibly rude. They couldn't check us in early, which was fine, but they were quite discourteous in declining. When we asked for more toilet paper, they said, "Come down and get it" and hung up immediately. They gave us a hard time for wearing masks and on the last day, a strange man barged into our room to yell at us for not checking out on time, when Booking said checkout was at noon. They didn't inform us of the checkout time at any point, so how would we have known? Horrible customer service, would not stay here again.
