decent stay

Location was convenient as just off I-280 and adjacent to a shopping center. Breakfast was tasty.

Relaxing time; delightful stay!

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. My room was on the 2nd or 3rd floor. It was good. However, this stay was exceptional. The room was on the 1st floor. It was well cleaned, smelled fresh throughout my stay, and room was comfortable. Almost considered staying again next month.

Not a fan of the parking area in the back of the hotel.

Clean, quiet and convenient location

Very clean and quiet property in a good location.

Seemed like the property was understaffed. It took almost 1/2 an hour to get a bagel and coffee for breakfast. Check out was slow due to only one person available to assist.

Just ok nothing special.

Location

Poor quality linens bedding towels toilet paper and tissues. Towels and sheets. are threadbare. For heavens sake give it an upgrade. Buy top quality products.

The staff is so friendly, but the rooms could be better

The staff is so friendly! When we checked out, my husband thought he forgot his kindle, we called and the front desk went and looked for it. They didn't find it, but we were still in the area, so he went back and they allowed him to check the room too (turns out he had packed it in his suitcase and forgot). They were so friendly and nice at every interaction.

We were given an accessible room which we didn't feel comfortable in (different type of shower and light switches all low). We should have said something the first night and asked for a new room, but there was a tour bus there so we figured they were full. Also, the king sized bed was very uncomfortable.

Nice property but the bedding was musty

Overall the property was clean and convenient to get to. The front desk staff was very professional and warm.

The bedding smelled musty particularly the comforter. It was unpleasant and took away from the enjoyment of my stay. I excepted more from this brand and therefore my rating is only 6. Bedding is super important and is a key part of the comfort of the guests. If guests encounter an unpleasant smell it just takes away from the overall experience.

Food option might have been better but not bad with Starbucks a 5 minute walk.

Comfortable and convenient

Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent.

Styrofoam coffee cups for in room coffee service were small, stuck together and hard to separate due to the plastic wrap that melted together.
