Disappointing

Amazing location. Building is beautiful and the outside is immaculate. Library was beautiful and the lounge and patio were a sight to behold.

Rooms had a nasty smell, stains on the sofa couch mattress and no bed sheets on them or the room. Arrived at midnight and there was no one at the front desk. Literally had to shout down the hallway several times in order to get someone’s attention.

The atmosphere, rooms, decor, jacuzzi, location. Loved everything about the hotel.

The bar located inside the hotel could have been open especially since it was a weekend and the hotel was sold out.

stayed for 2 nights - outstanding!! Be sure to drive

Came up for a funeral. Lord location close to Whole food a& drug store. Staff was wonderful! Giants fans!!

It seems overpriced for what it was.

Good location, suite style was good for our purpose.

We hung out in the breakfast area after returning from the event we attended and there were mice (we notified the staff)

Exceptional

Even with the extra fee for a pet ($100), I still highly recommend this location for those traveling with pets. Check-in was straightforward. The staff were amiable and made the experience very pleasant. The suite was spacious with a nice kitchen, living room area, bedroom area, and bath. The tub was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Plus, it's conveniently located close to Whole Foods and CVS. The breakfast was impressive, and there are places that deliver in case you don't feel like cooking lunch and dinner while you're there.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like. The only minor thing was that they could be a bit more proactive with dumping the pet areas' trash. It was full, but there was a dumpster close by so not really an issue.

I really enjoyed the property. My husband and I are both using a Rollator walker. And the hotel made it possible that we got a handicap room. Really appreciate it. Great job well done the continental breakfast was great as well.

Nice room but improve breakfast

The room was large and very comfortable. There was a nice big kitchen and bathroom and a proper closet. The pool was nice in a sunny room.

The cost was very high $320 for a Saturday might. The breakfast was really poor. It looked like frozen cafeteria food. In Europe you get freshly cooked full buffets for 1/3 of the price. The room needs a proper modern coffee maker such as Nespresso or K cup.
