Great getaway with a loved one

Location was great , the room was clean and very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It would have been nice if they had a morning breakfast. Nothing else was an issue, everything else was great!

Bad

This was the most run down, broken place I've ever been at in my life.

Dirty, falling apart, mold in the room, airconditioning failed and dumped water all over the floor. Awful.

The comfort of the room. The bed was soft and comfy.

There was construction that made it a little noisy, but overall it was tolerable.

We won’t stay there again.

It was all very disappointing compared to 2 years ago when I stayed there.

The room was dirty. My dogs were dragging candy from under the bed. I was hoping nothing that would hurt them was under there. Cobwebs. Dirty floors. I had to take pictures of damage to carpet and doors so that I wouldn’t be charged for it.

Great staff, terrible/old/falling apart accommodations

The woman who checked us in was excellent. Genuinely kind, got us checked in right away, answered any questions we had.

For lack of a better word this place was a DUMP. The kind of place you pray you don’t get bed bugs (we did not). The popcorn walls in the bathroom were crumbling apart, there was a hole in the ceiling, and there was MOLD all throughout the bathrooms’ walls and ceiling. The seat of the office chair in the room was shredded… there was no fabric on it, just foam exposed and coming out. The carpet was so old and worn it had holes in it. It had been cleaned by the cleaning staff as best as it could but the entire room and building for that matter needs to be completely redone. I stayed here one night with my two young children while we were passing through on a road trip, and I was so hesitant of letting them even touch the floor it was so gross. If I had known the conditions of this place I would have never stayed, I feel robbed at $130/night plus taxes and fees. This was the only hotel with availability that night otherwise I would have never stayed. Extremely disappointed and I feel bad that the staff has to work in such a deplorable building.

We didn't stayed. Went to another hotel, was told we would get a refund and never did.

Room was clean.

We never got room keys. Every time we left the room, we had to find the host to open our room. Really inconvenient. There was a construction crew staying there and were extremely loud, playing loud music and could not get any sleep until well after 11pm. After dinner, when we arrived back at the hotel, and had the police inside the hotel. When they left, we asked the host if everything was ok, she said a customer called the cops on her.

Gross!

The hotel smelled very old, there was a missing door number on the wall and a coffee filter over the smoke detector. There was roaches in our room. The bed was terrible.

This place is a dump, will never stay again. The staff was rude and there were roaches. It is terrible.
