It was HORRIBLE!!

Nothing!!!

This was the nastiest, place I've ever stayed. The pictures portrayed that it was nice. The heat had to be worked on arrival. There was no trash cans, the mirrors and artwork was filthy, the ice machine was broken, the paint was dirty, and there was no double protection on the door. The comforter on the bed was a thin and scratchy. This place needs to be torn down or at least renovated. For $10 more I could have stayed in a brand new hotel on the same street.

Happy and comfortable!

I loved it. The room is great. I am planning on staying longer. The staff made adjustments for my son and me, to make sure we had all that we needed. I appreciate them so much. I will say, no bugs!! I was so excited to not have to fight with critters.

Honestly I can't think of anything major. I wish the pool had been open. If that is the only complaint, then they are doing well! I do wish there was more plugs, but they offered me extension cords if needed.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. Upon arrival checked in and payed and used the bathroom by the front desk as I opened the door there was a huge cockroach on the floor dead. Went upstairs and the vanity was leaning off the wall toilet was never cleaned. Trim was hanging off the wall and wall rotted behind it. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. We t back to desk and said I wanted to check out and stated why and they looked surprised that it was in that condition said they do t do refunds but the would make the exception. But would not be refunded for almost 2 weeks and I feel like I may not get that back

The staff were friendly.

We didn't like that the room they put us in did not have clean sheets the second room that they put us in did not have blankets Just the finished sheet and the decorative top sheet. In the second room, there Was a convenient store cup laying on the ground next to the bed. It was just a frustrating experience..

It was okay just expected a lot more cause I had heard good things

I liked the room and that you get two beds and that it’s close to a lot of food places

Our towels were wet yet folded, no trash bags in the room, couldn’t find the tv remote and tv wouldn’t even turn on, and there was hair in one of the beds like the blankets haven’t been washed

The Catfish Inn..

Close to restaurants & highway

The unprofessional upkeep.. went back to counter twice the keys didn't work another party had the same problem, then I insisted to use manual access because they only had 1 room available with 1 bed rather than 2, the towels & bed covers dirty, we pulled covers back slept in clothes left ,no breakfast as advertised won't go back unless I had no other option.. the pool looked like it exploded with debris on the cover horrible catfish type stay.

I’ll never use this company again ever.

it looked like a dump.

there were broken down vehicles everywhere. there were no teach bags the whole stay. we only had 2 pillows. no soap no towels the tub wouldn’t drain. the WiFi didn’t work. the tv only worked half the time. it was total chaos the entire trip.

well it had a bed at least

something that determined our place of stay was the pool availability and complimentary breakfast included. when we checked in the guy at the desk laughed at us when we asked about breakfast! and said no they don’t do it then told us the pool hasn’t been open for a long while! these hotels should really been held accountable for falsely advertising that they have and open pool and breakfast then one of my rooms had to be swapped to another room (that the guy had said was full but surprise it was actually empty over all one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Nothing!!! There were roaches in the room. We left and didn’t stay out full time 🥵🥵🥵 room was dirty and smelled weird. Holes in sheets and blankets. But the roaches did it for me 🥵🥵🥵

Clerk was very friendly !!!

The cash deposit is very ghetto especially if you do not live in the town . Then they said it's required if you do not live 100 miles away. I live an 1 hour away but can not see to drive home and was attending a late event. This is not a good look .

A good location off the highway and my room was satisfactory.

The bed was comfortable.

They placed me on the upper level, I asked to be on the ground level. She told me she didn’t have any left. There were four rooms on the ground level, made up with curtains open that I looked into. On my side of the building by morning there were still only two other cars there, and the rooms I looked into were still empty. The outside surrounding the building was tacky looking. There were other hotels close that weren’t fancy but were very presentable on the outside.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable.

The helpfulness of the staff. The manager and the lady on the desk was so very helpful and friendly they went out of the way to treat us well. We will definitely use them again. The breakfast wasn't available, but other then that it was a great stay,

The people in the room next to us. LOL... They kept their door open at night and paced back and forth talking loudly. But then I guess you expect all kinds when traveling.
