Only decent, not as expected based on reviews and others of close by properties.

The staff and location to the outlet is amazing!

The bathroom door did not shut without putting a grown persons body weight into it (which was not fun as a mom with a pre-teen boy!). After getting back from shopping & dinner, there was a maintenance person painting the outside of our door… yes, painting our entry door and not even 7pm. Had to wait for a bit for him to be done and also had to make sure we didn’t touch it on our way to the dirty pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Our bathroom honestly smelled like a dead body, the odor dissipated after running the vent fan for about a day.

Exceptional

The staff was amazing and the room exceeded our expectations! Sahara I believe her name was at the front desk was the best! I have never encountered someone who had such excellent customer service and made you feel so welcomed. Also, the maintenance man on staff that night was so helpful! It’s a great place to stay and we will be back!

The location was fine. The breakfast was very cold

The front desk checked me into the wrong room then didn’t want to tell me what happened after I was already there for 4.5 hours. They let strangers come into my room because of their foolish mistake. Left me uneasy the entire night

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great!

The property was excellent but overpriced! Winterfest was happening in Frankenmuth and all the properties were capitalizing from that.

The check-in/out was very quick. Parking was easy and the continental breakfast was really good!

The heater/air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

Very good

We went for a long weekend. Everything was great... especially the breakfast. Loved the sausage and gravy! Only complaint was that the hot tub water was scummy.

our room was not very clean. the shower has definitely not been cleaned properly for a while. the bed was not up to holiday inn express standards. very unhappy with our stay at the birch run - Frankenmuth location. we will not return.

Great stay

The jacuzzi tub was excellent sized and worked great. Bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was probably the best I've seen in a long time. Staff was friendly. Pool area was pretty nice.

The hot tub wasn't very hot, but was acceptable. There were a few areas that we noticed hadn't been fully cleaned, nothing awful though. Beyond those two very small things, our stay was perfect.

I was very happy with my stay and would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. When I checked in, they even met me by the elevator door with a rolling cart because they had a few minutes and wanted to make sure I went to the right door! The room was quiet, bed comfy and lots of hot water. It is a little older but clean and great breakfast offerings. I would definitely stay here again.
