Good hotel, good location

Breakfast was very good. Staff there is very friendly. Have stayed here many times before.

On your website it said there was a king bed even though was queen room with two queen beds. Also couldn’t get credit from Marriott for nights stayed because I booked through a third party.g

Great location, great value, generally good place to stay.

The location was exactly what I needed. It was an easy place to get in and out of. The hotel was pretty clean and the staff were generally pretty nice. I appreciated the water stations being open and available.

The elevator wasn't working while I was there which was rather inconvenient. The breakfast was decent though fairly greasy and the same each day.

Pleasant place, but beds need updating

Both queen beds were sunken & old. As in permanent indentation in spots .

The propery is very good, the staff and service not so good.

Room was nice and quiet and in good condition. the bed itself was decent.

I requested housekeeping every other night and received none. Pillows on the bed were not good. Went flat immediately. There was not a variety of pillow types like most hotels these days. I requested extra pillows one morning and never got them. Had to make staff go to an unoccupied room to get extra pillows that evening. Front desk staff not great. One person has very strong accent and couldn't understand what I was saying, having to repeat myself multiple time. The other staff person chatted with someone about his personal life for quite some time while I was waiting to as a question and was completely ignored. Waited almost 10 minutes before I got help.

The place is modern, clean and nice and quiet even though it's near a freeway. Breakfast is good. Beds are very comfortable. Coffee in the lobby

their pet policy is more complicated than what is presented. imagine traveling for hours and hours just to be told your dog has to sleep in the car or get fined $300

The best option for savvy travelers.

I really liked the location. Proximity to shops, restaurants, and highways was a big plus. Wonderful staff made my whole family feel comfortable and very welcome. Room decore was pleasant, beds were comfortable, and bathroom functional. We stayed for seven days and every night was quiet, just ideal for sleeping.

I would like if the pool water was a bit warmer.

Tina holds it together.

I loved Tina. she was the only saving grace this facility had. Professional,courteous,accommodating she was incredible.

TV didn’t work. Low pressure on the water. I could go on and on yet it would override the fact that Tina was incredible.

Tina was very welcoming! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and breakfast was provided everyday.

Fairfield Inn & Suites staff is friendly, we especially love Tina! The rooms are comfortable and clean and breakfast was provided. It’s located around everything you need. The mall is less than 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants nearby.

It was disappointing that we couldn’t extend our stay at the front desk because we used third party to make reservations. Also, the property doesn’t offer late check-out.

wonderful place to stay. I would recommend Fairfield Inn to everyone!

clean- top notch. upscale digs for the wonderful price/night. Loved it.

only problem I had was the fact that the beds were too soft for my bad back.
