The location

Staff wasn’t very friendly, breakfast was only until 9:30 am which made it very complicated with an infant to be on time. No other options for coffee or breakfast after that time.

the staff were exceptional, they even let me check in 3 hours early. very clean facilities

the location of my room was next to the stairs and so it was kinda loud a couple nights

clean. smelled good. the bed was turned towards the window which was a nice change for a hotel room.

people smoking pot at night. the smell was overwhelming in the hall and elevator after 9pm.

Safe and convienent location for a large family to be close to many attractions, restaurants, and mall.

From the front desk to the bar staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. Pool was open until 11 which our kids enjoyed since we didn’t arrive until 9pm. We got the two room suite with couch pull out and it fit our family of 6 great, the room was very spacious. Location was great, about 5 minutes to Park Meadows mall and 15 minutes from the downtown Denver exit (stadium, meow wolf, aquarium, six flags) but was in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Rooms were a little dated but not terribly.

2-room suite exceeded our needs & expectations, slept our family of 5 comfortably.

General manager Steve was very pleasant and calm even while a storm knocked out internet causing a delay during check-in for several of us. The room was very large and looked great! 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed accommodated 2 adults and 3 teenagers comfortably. Hotel is nice, modern, and an excellent location.

The second floor hallway smelled funny. The second day it smelled like melted rubber mixed with cat urine. It had rained a lot, maybe it brought the smell out. Regardless, it was very unpleasant. We were disappointed to learn that their Starbucks is really just a small handful of coffee options. It’s a counter combining the Marriott bistro with a Starbucks coffee machine.

Restful, comfortable, very clean and overall great hotel to stay.

Everything.

The hallways are just so narrow but it doesn’t really matter at all. This is something structural and the hotel is older but the location and the facilities are really good.
