Lovely place, renovated, good vibes, clean, good breakfast, felt relaxing after long day trip.

Awesome stay with 2 suggestions- bathroom door won’t lock somehow the design was not too comfortable, sliding door had gaps and won’t lock. Secondly- we are from CA and very new to area , we were expecting the rack which usually displays all near by attractions so we can plan our day. We were lost on how to plan our day in the beginning but, Front desk staff was awesome who helped us with this by printing directions to go around and list of restaurants around. It helped a lot. Thank you.

Mentioned above, just suggestion. Stay was awesome

We had a nice stay.

Check in was great, the stay and breakfast were great. Great location, not that far to the ice rink.

Bathroom door is the only drawback of the stay. Really need a real door.

Clean, with nice people.

Very clean. Even with the remodeling that was going on.

I thought it was rather noisy. People in the hallway shouldn’t have been so obvious. Also, using a barn door as the bathroom door is ridiculous. Extremely tacky, bad design. Certainly no privacy, as it doesn’t even close anywhere near tight. Ugh.

A terrible value for the price we paid.

Hotel was conveniently located to where we needed to go. The breakfast was basic but the kids liked the waffles. The room had 2 sinks which was convenient with 5 people in a room. The fridge worked well and was large enough to keep drinks a a few snack cold during our stay.

I requested a top level floor and got a room on the lowest level. The front desk was friendly but said the note was "hidden" even though I received a response saying that it was received. There was a connecting door to another room and I could hear a cell phone conversation that was happening in the room next door at 11 PM. The hotel was under construction for remodeling. The pull out couch mattress was terribly uncomfortable. The springs could be felt through the mattress. Bathroom was missing a mirror and also had some sort of stain on the wall that was gross looking.

Relaxing, fun want to return.

Helpful professional staff. Very clean lobby & rooms. Complimentary breakfast was delicious!! Loved the view from the dining room. Staff provided needed toiletries. Also provided the complimentary vouchers for the Odawa Casino. Will definitely be return.

$75 pet fee when website said $10. "Dog run" was a small area by the dumpster w/ signs all over saying keep dogs off grass.

I had a wonderful stay for 3 days in the 4th floor suite!

The hotel did not receive my reservations from Booking.com. When the Manager searched further he saw I did make a reservation that did not go through to their hotel by Booking.com. The hotel was full so they gave me the only remaining room - the suite! Was I happy? You better believe it! Every time I passed the front desk and saw the person I dealt with I thanked him! Please pass this survey to the manager and front desk personnel in the Hampton Inn Petoskey! I really appreciate them for giving me the suite with a balcony!

We couldn't shower no hot water let front office know they were going to get to it then the next morning the hot water wouldn't come out from the shower head just the bottom part no little Fridges or microwave in the rooms no paper tv guide wouldn't recommend it to no one won't be back

It didn't have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Mostly disappointed in no frig. I usually always stay at a Hampton and they have all had refrigerators.

Beautiful views and comfortable stay.

Conveniently located and beautiful views. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Facility was well kept and clean, including our room. We also asked for a pack and play which was promptly dropped off to our room and was very well kept. Breakfast was good, not a lot of choices, but the omelets one morning were great and we enjoyed the waffles with the different topping options.

Pool was a little chilly and they are currently removing the hot tub. We didn't realize there wasn't a refrigerator in the room, so we ended up needing a cooler, which was disappointing. The microwave in the lobby was confusing with minimal numbers for cooking.

I will return if traveling again with my cat and no other option available. But not in the 114/15.

The location was perfect. Another positive aspect is that they accept all kinds of pets including cats.

It was given to me the room 114. The next morning I discovered that I was located right below the restaurant. I woke up every day during my 7-day stay at 7:00 AM with the noise of chairs being dragged on the floor. I asked for another room but I was not attended. The other problem is the restaurant itself. NOt enough tables for the size of the hotel. Lots of space is wasted with a sofa and a big central table.
