The room was clean and nice. Jacuzzi large enough for two was nice. Bed was comfortable. The room was quiet-no footsteps from above or loud voices from the hallway or "neighbors". Breakfast offerings were eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, cereals, muffins, fruit, etc. It was good.
The hotel is close to everything. Shopping, wine tasting, casino, tunnel of trees, beautiful area to visit.
Couple of small things. The door was very squeaky when opening-just needed a little oil. The toilet seat needed to be tightened up as it moved around a bit.

Location is great and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is alright and has the usual items of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles, yogurt and bread items, cereal.
Shower really needs doors to block overspray because the back of door on bathroom was peeling from water/basic use. The curtain doesn’t reach floor well and isn’t heavy.

My biggest concern was lack of security/safety. One of the entrances was unlocked for my whole 2 day stay. When brought to the attention of the front desk the response was simply "maintenance is aware of the problem".

Breakfast was good. The limo ride was great since we were on motorcycles and we wanted to go 2 separate ways.
Basically our stay was very nice.

Great fire place in the room. Bed was comfy, shower was good and the location was good.
The elevator was a European style. You could put in your luggage cart in, close the curtain then the door then run up the stairs to your floor to get your cart out when it arrived. It was that small. You could probably squeeze a person in too but not a big person. Oh and our slider and screen to the patio was next to impossible to open.

the location was great. The property is older but it was very clean, worn but clean. It was decorated nicely in the rooms.
the room smelled like it had been a smoking room before.

Didn't have breakfast.
The gentleman behind the service desk when we arrived was Rude as Hell stating that I had to have a çredit card on file for accidental purpose. I explained to him that I have never ever had to have one any other time. I was paying Cash for my room. So I was able to pay cash and was able to stay the weekend.

Typical hotel breakfast.. but it was hot! We enjoyed it
Our only concern is the poor access to get into your building for handicapped people.
my husband is in a wheel chair— your only handicap parking spot actually BLOCKS the handicap access ramp when you park in it.
NOT ONLY THAT, but no one had bothered to shovel the handicapped parking spot… it was dangerous to use.
We won’t be staying here again, and in fact will share with family and friends the issue.
The porch is so narrow, that I was afraid that his wheel chair would Fall Down the stairs when you opened the door.
The door to the lobby only opens outward. the door is not automatic so I had to push the chair, hold the door open and try to get him safely in or out of the building. All the whole time we were a mere inch or so from cement stairs. At one point he chair actually got stuck between the two doors as I tried to push it.
If you used the back entrance, there was no ramp so you had to try and get a wheel chair up and over a curb. Again- not an automatic door, so you had to use your key card to open, push the wheelchair up a slight ramp all the whole
Holding the door open! How awkward!
The bathroom shower certainly is NOT handicapped accessible, and has no where for a handicapped person to sit. Therefore my husband could not take a shower any of the days we stayed there.
I should have asked for a refund and went else where, but because it was no -refundable I didn’t!
I still believe we should be refunded!
What scary moments when we came in and out of this hotel!
Not sure how the heck your building met ADA requirements!

The facilities are always clean, staff makes a point to recognize regulars like myself, and address us by name, and the pool and hot tub are a welcome addition.
I was a little off put by the sandy bottom of the pool and hot tub, and the cloudiness of the water. Also, the beds are too firm.

The room was clean and good sized. You could adjust the temperature in the room to your liking. The breakfast had a lot of selections to choose from (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, waffles, danishes, yogurt).
Nothing

how friendly and helpful the staff was.
The bathroom fan didn’t work the best but that was fine.

The continental breakfast was decent.
The room seemed very small and outdated, but looked clean.

Room location.
Beds were mediocre at best. Hot Tub and Pool had dirt at the bottom of both of them. Got stuck in their parking lot twice trying to leave the safe way, so I had to go down the slide of an entrance and nearly slid into traffic due to the lack of snow and ice removal. And the deluxe room has looks no different from an average room except for it has a patio/balcony. Oh, and both vending machines were empty. And my biggest issue, I got charged the first nights stay and the full cost of the stay in one day. So I had over $500 on hold for the week I was there. Needless to say I couldn't do what was planned because of it. They still haven't charged me yet either, been home for 2 days.

not much.....a. fireplace that didn't was never fixed.....the maintenance guy, when asked if he smelled gas, told me it was a musty smell....like old socks.....not gas.....two hours after checking in they did switch me to a jacuzzi room, while nice, it had a television that went in and out and a room that was never warmer than 63.....
everything.....dirty facility

location
the ground floor balcony door was unable to be locked the locks were literally nocked out of the door not comfortable when traveling alone and the sheets had what looked like fine sawdust on them under the pillows.

Room was clean.
The safety lock in the room was broken and the jacuzzi tub jets did not work. Holes in the wall above shower and toilet handle had a chunk missing.
4.0
Room was comfortable, first floor, comfortable beds, cable tv, heat worked well. We reserved the room for a convenient location to the hospital as we had a very early appointment. Unfortunately the appointment was so early that we missed the breakfast served at the inn.
The outside doors had locks that required key cards to enter the hallways leading to the rooms, however, both doors did not shut properly so they remained unlocked creating a safety issue for guests. It was clear that housekeeping did a great job of cleaning the room, however, the shower stall had black stains from mold. It appeared to be permanent stains that didn't wash off. I would suggest the inn update the shower stall.
