There was a dirty bar of soap in shower Tub doesn't drain There was underwear left from other guest, we didn't notice till morning we were leaving.

It was move in day at college.

The closest to the college.

Beds are getting to uncomfortable. I also don’t like using shampoo, conditioner and body soap that other people use.

very pleasant, and comfortable, totally met our needs.

The staff was very friendly, however they did seem a bit overwhelmed and understaffed. Breakfast was very nice. The facility was good, although there were some challenges with the locks and some of the furniture was worn.

More support for the front desk in the morning, the staffer was being pulled in several directions.

Across from Sheetz

The front desk attendant took my card & instead of just placing a hold for incidentals charged it for the full stay plus authorized it for incidentals when I already had prepaid on Priceline. I called 4times & even spoke to the front desk manager and they never resolved it.

Staff very friendly and besides few hiccups.Will stay again .

Was there for two days and had the same options for breakfast both days .Wish they offer something different each day (like pancakes or eggs and bacon or Sausage. Over all breakfast was very good though.

One towels in room and two pillows (one on each bed ) number of people that were in room were 3 that was in a 2 queen bedroom suite . Had to ask front desk for more towels and pillows .

Disappointing

I liked that it was close to my son's school.

In the first room we checked into, the fridge was unplugged and very hot, and the remote for the TV was working. We got our room switched only for the toilet to be clogged, and they couldn't fix it. We had our room changed for the third time, and even though it was clean, the bed wasn't very comfortable. Overall we did not enjoy our stay especially for the proce we paid the just one night.

Recommended

The hotel was generally clean and the staff was friendly. We just stayed a night on our way further south. Location was good and included breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory.

The room heater was a bit loud.

Disappointing

you could tell the hotel gym was not clean just by touching the weights in there, same with the treadmill. the wipes available in the gym to use we’re dried up-so you can clearly tell no one has used them. stains on the hotel rooms floor. i had to unplug things in my room just to have outlet usage.

Facilities were clean. Staff was very nice.

No matter the setting, the room stayed hot. Our view was of the awning out front, so no view basically.

Robots do better.

Breakfast was OK. Not central to town , but good location for access to highway. Nice for a walk along the river. Close to Penn College.

Manager was grumpy when I arrived an hour before 3:00, said she was busy but there was no one on the loby. Would not check me in till 3:00. Though I indicated 12:00 arrival on my registration. (Note however that the clerks gave a friendly nod to acknowledge passing customers and seemed courteous enough when I observed them.) I was told house keeping was every other day, which is fine. But I did put up the "do not disturb" sign. Then house keeping knocked on the day no service was scheduled and while I was on the phone. And someone knocked on my door at 7:00 AM on check out day. It was not likely to be a patron, there were few on that floor. Policy on check out day? Angry staff? No information in the room about hotel policy, check out time, pool hours, breakfast, etc. No info on local restaurants, points of interest.
