We had a great experience overall. The staff were great.

This Hampton is in need of renovation and updating. Everything was clean, just well worn.

Next to ihop.

50 dollar fee for our chihuahua. Other hotels charge half that. Breakfast not good.

Good

Breakfast was good every morning. Room was comfortable. Location was good. Mostly just used it for a place to sleep and shower.

The bathroom could use an updating. Our tub was slow to drain. The bed could use another sheet so we don’t have to fight over blanket sharing. The pool needs to be worked on. Missing tiles and a lot rust spots.

Not bad just noisy

comfortable beds and clean room.

Super noisy floors! You can hear every step someone takes above you and I’m sure it’s the same for the people on the 1st floor

The hotel is tired and in need of renovation. Reception is ok, as you’d expect, but the rooms and bathrooms are old, musty smelling

Very good

Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The TV in our room wasn't working, so we were promptly upgraded at no additional cost. Breakfast was nice. Air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area was broken, which is the only reason for not giving an excellent rating. They were doing their absolute best to make it comfortable though, by bringing in standalone cooling units. All in all, a nice place to stay while in San Angelo.

Exceptional

Slept good on bed no loud noise. When their were hotel issues manager Jennifer handle it very well, multi tasking taking care of customers on the phone while making an effort to take care of the ones on the front desk. To Manager and Staff Good Job, keep up the Great Work!
