Good value and location

Clean comfortable room; breakfast was good and was a nice room for the price.

Reception was cold and unwelcoming with no information offered.

Full of unexpected, poor surprises. Wouldn't stay here again or recommend.

Located off the highway. Easy to get to. There's a Texas Roadhouse right next door. Check in was quick.

Front desk clerk stated I got the last two rooms with my reservation but was magically able to find a replacement room after I walked in to a room that seemed under construction. The light didn't come on, was spooky. There was stuff all over the bed (tools and misc). I thought I might have walked into an occupied room. When I told the clerk she was out if the loop. Instead of professionally taking care of the issue and supporting the business, said "doesn't surprise me, things ike that happen here all the time". Got a new room on 1st floor after she said there were none available upon check in. The shower temperature didn't go below a warm/hot which is nice in winter but not so much in the summer. Parking leading to room door smelled like urine.

Definitely will continue to stay. Always a pleasant experience.

The fact that my reservation is always accurate. Staff is friendly. Comfortable clean bed.

The top of the toilet where it latches needs attention.

The stairs to the second floor were my room was located were not accessible, so I had to walk to the other end of the building and all the way back

It was clean and very comfortable....had a great stay....my grandson and I slept like babies..we didn't want to leave....the shower was great with plenty of hot water...would definitely stay again..and a very good rate....

There is not one bad thing I can say about it....

The fridge was so cold that everything was freezing. Since I couldn't find how to adjust the temp, the front desk sent the maint who said that since it was older, it did not have an adjustable thermostat. I accepted that and he left. But 5 minutes later, he came back with a newer, bigger, & better fridge. Wow! Very nice. He went "above and beyond the call of duty". But then, everyone has been friendly & helpful; the rooms are clean; and, most importantly, I feel safe. Thank you. 👍🙂

Other party that stayed at same place They were noisy Kept knocking at their door it was constant & kept arguing almost all night. Feel they could include more breakfast choices

We love this hotel. The staff is awesome. The rooms always smell fresh and clean every time you walk in. The beds are comfortable.

Price

I had a room reserved for my sister and they did not allow her to check in using my credit card info that was already on file. We never recovered the total amount I was supposed to be reimbursed. Hotel also asks customers to remind them as you leave about the initial 100d deposit or "You will loose it"...Why do they ask that much and why do WE need to remind them to return something that is ours?

The bed and pillow was very comfortable. It was quiet. Location good.

Coffee pot had old coffee pod still in it. Lots of trash under bed. Bed skirt ripped. Faucet falling out of wall in tub. Could not get TV to work. Had to use same towels for 4 days.

Very good

Breakfast was fine, but with limited "hot" choices. The room was clean and well-lit. Beds were very comfortable. The refrigerator, microwave, and TV were all very useful.

Room was clean, the only exception being some obvious mold on the inside of the white shower curtain in the bathroom. This caused me to give a low "cleanliness" score.

good if you are traveling on a budget

close to freeway. early check-in and late check-out. decent breakfast included.

the room smelled smoky and the air freshener they tried to use to rid the smell was awful. the floor turned our feet black. the sheets had burn marks. the walls were dirty.

Bad

Pool was closed so I didn't stay. Staff said booking.com had to cancel reservation. Booking.com said hotel had to cancel. Went back a forth with no results so now waiting to see if charged.
