Good job. Great breakfast oatmeal, to my surprise - I think it was the blueberries and honey!

A bit hard to find at first but that is the result of my cr’s GPS which filed to identify a turn off in time.

You might consider adding at least a snack restaurant more than your current pub and bistro limited selections

It was ok but I'm not sure I'd stay there again for 1 night at the price I paid.

I liked the bed, my husband did not

I rented a room with a sofa bed as there were 3 of us but was given a room with a king size bed, no sofa and there wasn't a rollaway bed available. There also was no microwave in the room

excellent place room was very nice and clean although mattress pad did not fit that bed at all so maa as ke it uncomfort

sits off road in quiet part of town

property was fine but should invest in kuerig coffee makers so people could bring there own coffee

Pleasant

I liked the big confrence area, the coffee and bar in the lobby. All the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the dirty shower curtain that was stuck together and I had to pull it apart to pull the curtain to take my shower.

Average and clean enough, nothing to make it stand out.

The Starbucks on site was fabulous! The room, though a bit worn down (it’s a conference center so you expect it to be a little worn) had comfortable beds and great water pressure. The evening staff were extremely friendly and engaging, as was the lovely retired woman running the Starbucks station in the morning.

The young lady that checked us in gave off VERY CLEAR signals she hates her job. She was put out to have to stand up and check us in (almost sighed) and though we had booked early check in, tried to start with a very negative, abrupt response that our room was “probably not ready because you are early”. after she realized she was wrong, the only other words she provided were “elevator is to your left”. Extremely poor customer service- at least FAKE it. It was very strange to us that housekeeping left giant piles of extra sheets and towels on the hallway table on the 2nd floor as hotels normally worry about people stealing that type of thing. We decided it must be a sign there is no night staff so it was self-serve if you needed something maybe? It was quite warm in the room and the heat would not go down to 65 but that’s just a personal preference.

wouldn’t stay again

no free coffee in the morning! Stayed in 10 hotels on this trip and this was the only one without coffee. $3 per measured cup!!!

Expensive to what you get, and room description may be misleading

Location is good

Pictures and description of the room do not match what we booked - description mention extra bed, which was not available nor existed in any room configuration. Breakfast options are very limited

CLASSY MODERN super comfortable HOTEL !

location was fabulous just beside the Grappone conference center parking enough YOU HAVE STARBUCKS with healthy food options AND A LITTLEST BAR !! very cute and if you want to go for a drink after there is something to do in the spacious modern dining open concept space

it was close to the highway but the roads to get there are a bit FUNKY

Room good size, good location. What staff we encountered were friendly.

What there was was expensive. Microwave sandwiches YUCK

Toilets in all three booked rooms plugged up and we were given a plunger to unclog them ourselves. Very stingy with towels and toilet paper. The toilet in our room overflowed with first flush when we enter room, I wonder if toilet had even been cleaned.

Definitely a great stay, close to NH Speedway

Half moon couch and ottoman, comfortable bed, large deck overlooking courtyard. Friendly anf helpful front desk clerk that helped us with tv connection,

Price higher than advertised on Booking. $189 and we got billed $230.

I do not recommend this hotel

The Tavern in the lobby- great staff, good food, reasonable prices and you get a lot. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful

Our room, the bathroom in particular, was not nearly as clean as it should be. AC difficult to control and barely worked No fans available

Desk man was helpful. Beds were comfy

Breakfast was ok but not what we were told. Kitchen closed. No pool towels. Room had 2 towels for 4 people. Rooms could have been cleaner, you could blow the dust off the furniture and lamps.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, staff very helpful....uncomfortable outside of room due to heat.

No microwave, a/c was down in lobby...poor staff had long sleeves working in the bistro.

It was a nice stay but wish we could have slept better.

The staff was amazing! Checking in and checking out was quick and easy and everyone was very pleasant. We especially would like to give credit to the two women who worked in the morning who made our breakfast sandwiches at the Bistro.They were wonderful.

The bed was uncomfortable and air unit inside the room was hard to regulate.

Superb

The staff was amazingly helpful from check in to check out. I was also there for an conference and everyone at that venue was equally helpful and pleasant.

I'm going to have to say the price was a bit high for the area and it didn't include breakfast.
