The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and clean. The hotel overall was clean. We arrived a little earlier than the check in time and the staff were able to accommodate and get our room ready quickly.
This was by far the worst hot hotel breakfast I have ever had (including past 1 and 2 star hotel visits). They served hot crunchy sugar coated waffles which had way too much sugar on them and it tasted weird. The other options were some sort of egg souffle thing that was disgusting, and the third hot option was a pre-packaged frozen breakfast sandwich which was literally frozen inside the chafing dish, they didn't even cook it first. I think they expect you to microwave your own breakfast sandwich but I'm not really sure. I really don't find it appropriate to put frozen breakfast sandwiches into a hot serving dish which I believe folks expect to find cooked food inside of. I have never stayed at any hotel for multiple nights in a row where they didn't offer scrambled eggs and meat for breakfast. There was only 1 kind of fruit available. The coffee ran out. The forks and cups ran out and other guests were wandering about trying to find things. I heard a woman asking for additional food options for her son who had food allergies and they weren't able to provide her with anything other than the limited spread that was already there. She asked for mayonnaise and they couldn't provide that either. The other baffling thing about this hotel is that there are NO ICE MACHINES AT ALL and the staff won't provide you with any ice. They say that because each room's refrigerator has an ice maker, that is why they don't provide ice. My ice maker was turned off when I got to my room, so I had no ice. It then proceeded to make roughly 2-4 ice cubes per hour. I was going to a local race track and needed a lot of ice for my camelbak and cooler. I had to go buy ice at a gas station. Every hotel I have ever stayed at provides ice to guests (including Motel 6).

location was central to what we wanted to do.
Bed was a little too soft and pillows were extremely so! Dishes and eating utensils were dirty, hair was found on plates, bottom of frying pan was covered in oil when I took it out of the cabinet and was so badly used, it didn’t lay flat on the burner and burnt our bacon in the middle, leaving the ends raw. Shards of glass were found on the carpet.

The room smelled. Asked for a different room which was met with resistance as they upgraded me to a one bed but points status seems to not matter? So much for loyalty. Not sure, but does this property have full time residents?
Not a Marriott experience had been used to in the past. Get less for more $.
Last year we had a great experience at this property so not sure what the decline in cleanliness and service.

Breakfast was OK -- not outstanding; average hotel breakfast.

Parking lot was lite up at night wonderfully.
It was dirty, definitely not a 3 or even a 4, more like. 1.5 star. Hotel is for lease so definitely can tell with how things look there. breakfast was crap and the area is just shady.

Hot breakfast was great, the service was great but the fresh strawberries not so good. The minute maid juice tasted funky. Coffee was excellent. Room was exactly what we needed. Room was quiet and we slept with no interruptions from neighboring rooms.
The night front desk manager Steve was way to willing to share his drama story with us upon arrival with his attempt to help another customer at a sister property. We just wanted to get our room, take a shower and sleep as it was a 20hr day. The bed felt a bit old as in too soft and made old school springy noises upon entry. The vinyl couch and chairs were not comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was not too good.

Lovely accommodations, the room was beautiful although much more than I needed, not quite sure why booking.com shows it for me but I will take that up with them
I thought the room was very pricey and at the very least they could have left a bottle of water in the refrigerator!

It was okay. There was something available I personally would have liked more fruit options
It was good except no instructions for kitchen expectations and 8 person max in pool created a waiting time

Location near common man restaurant was ideal
