The breakfast is awesome
They were cleaning the hot tub on the morning of the 16th and when my daughter went down she found night crawlers (worms) around the tub…
Then we left for the day and the cleaner lady was in the room across…(I was hoping our room was cleaned) no where in your policy or anywhere else does it state that you don’t clean the room refresh towels or take out garbage …I went down to the front desk when I got back and asked why this wasn’t done and I was told that they only clean every 3 days I then asked if since the cleaner lady was there if she minded vacuuming for us quickly to which I was handed a vacuum and told to do it myself …. So I spent my 41st bday cleaning a room I paid to stay in for the service and I’m not really happy about that …. Yes I have pictures and proof

The breakfast was perfect. Quality orange juice.
We were in the room, 131 by rhe pool and vending. We could hear talking throughout the night. I would suggest just informing guests about this, before they agree to that particular room.

The location was close to work, the breakfast was adequate, the lower level front desk staff were great!
The day manager or higher level who was older and wore a suit, was extremely rude and unprofessional on more than one of my stays at this Hotel. He is the reason I stopped staying here while working in Madison. The first interaction I had with him, he had left the front desk unattended and left me standing there while he ignored me from his office for more than 5 minutes, then when I verbally asked for help he came to the counter stating he thought someone else was at the desk to help, and when I asked him to pls print a business invoice for my stay, he hesitated and first said he couldn't do that and then proceeded to tell me that if he did print the invoice that the amount would not be the correct amount I paid, because he said that I paid thru booking and I pay booking more than he, the hotel actually gets way less from booking.com. Not true in my case, and really didn't need to hear his complaining and inaccurate information. Then the next stay I needed to check out and had an issue, there was the front desk abandoned again, and I saw that same awful manager in the doorway of a conference room sitting alone.
I had to leave and waited more than 5mins, until I said excuse me very politely and he ignored me like he didn't here me. Then I said could I have help please and the manager wirled around and yelled he was on the phone at me. I was shocked. Because one he wasn't talking to anyone, so I didn't know he was on the phone, he was quiet and hunched over, I didn't even see a phone. He was all alone. He literally acted like I had done something awful and the way he yelled at me that I had interrupted him. That was the last time I ever stayed at this hotel. This manager seems to think that he is at work but has no intention of actually working with or assisting clients.

The staff was above and beyond kind and welcoming. That alone would have us coming back. On top of that, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the pool area was nice. Great for a few nights away with my family.
No real complaints, the coffee maker in my room didn't work, but wasn't difficult to get some from the breakfast area. Also, it would have been nice to have some adult only swim hours, but not a deal breaker.

Breakfast great. Special allergy request honored.

The hotel was full. LOTS of kids running up and down the halls. Knocking on my door and running away after 9 pm. Pool was also so full could not use. When we got to our room there was cleaning towels on the back of the toilet and food wrappers behind our nightstand. The desk girls were GREAT very helpful. The morning kitchen girl was awesome. Everything was very clean and stocked.

We could hear people taking in the next room more clearly than I would expect. Luckily they didn't stay up much later than us. The rest of the night was peaceful.

Location great. Breakfast sub-par.
Lack of hot food and wasn’t ready until after 8:00.

The staff was very welcoming, when we asked for additional items, they went beyond by giving us more than asked. The accommodations meet all our needs. One thing, if any to change, would be more towel/hangers in bathroom for towels and wet swim suits. Loved everything else!!!

Stayed in handicap accessible room and was excellent. Large room and bathroom. What I REALLY liked (and have never seen in other hotels I've stayed in) is that there was a doorbell outside my room (#319) and when it was rung, a very loud buzzer sounded and lights flashed brightly on and off from a special lighting device on the upper wall. I also thought that the complimentary bottles of water was an excellent idea! And there were even cuisine microwave foods (to buy but not all that expensive if you didn't want to go out) you could put in your microwave in your room. There was a nice selection of snacks by the main desk. Breakfast room is quite large and a very nice selection of hot and cold food items. Room very clean. We stayed here because it was just a 5 minute drive from the Val Galder pick up stop that I needed to catch in the morning.
My only negative comment here is that I didn't realize that I couldn't get a senior or AAA discount at the hotel because I went through Booking.com which is a third party (I was told). I would STRONGLY suggest that Booking.com offer discounts such as these or mention it on their site. I was told at the check in desk that had I gone directly through the hotel I would've been given that discount. But I was unfamiliar with any hotels in the area to spend time searching on my own so I went through Booking.com which was my first time using the website. However, in the future, I'll take the time to find hotels on my own in order to get the discount, which would've been $10 in my case, and for a senior, $10 is a good savings!

Rooms are clean. Beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is great. Staff was polite.
My friend and I went outside to smoke and I noticed a car with its driver door wide open and the dome light left on. It looked like the car was either filled with trash or stolen goods. I called my friend over so he could take a peek inside. I wanted to make sure that if there were someone inside that they were okay. There are a lot of heroin overdose deaths lately. He looked and nobody was there. When we turned around we noticed that there was someone in his car who didn't belong inside his car. So we both hollered at her and popped out and we both asked her why she was inside his car as she stood up her hands were full of his belongings. She put them back in the car. We asked why she was in the car and these are her exact words. " My friend told me to come to grab his stuff from his car". I replied, what kind of car and she said a Toyota. My friends' car wasn't a Toyota. I told her I was calling the police and she immediately took off towards her car which was the car with the door open. I took down her license plate # and told her that. She said oh my god and sped off. We went inside and told the front desk attendant and she called the police. She also told us that she had it all on surveillance camera. The police came to my door after he had left because he was upset. I spoke to the police officer and gave her the details. She said there wasn't much they could do unless my friend filed a police report. The police left. I went back up to the desk and talked to the woman again and she added some more to the story. The woman had been trying to get a room and her card had been declined so she was loitering in the parking lot throughout the evening. So I'm wondering why nothing was done at that point. She really should have been removed from the property then. Also, as a paying customer, I should have been warned about this while checking in. I would have turned around and left and gone somewhere else.

Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable for how nice our room was. The king bed came with 5 pillows, which is rare in my experience. The complimentary water bottles were also a bonus! We came into town via 90, so the location was also very convenient.

hotel was in a nice area, and gave cool waffle maker for breakfast!
we were waiting for our room for a while, but then they upgraded free of charge instead of making us wait longer.

King bed room with sofa was very clean and spacious with 2 tvs for viewing for bed and sofa. Fridge and microwave included which was convenient for me. Very helpful staff
Bed was comfortable but pillows were very thick and fluffy for neck issues. I always travel with my own so it didn’t concern me but might others.

Clean and quiet, friendly staff, three exits to downtown Isthmus.
Breakfast was okay, the kind where the hot food is egg/cheese/ meat sandwiches to microwave, or waffle or oatmeal. I like the next level breakfast when I can get it, but this property was more affordable.
4.5
convenient location, well kept, clean with nice pool
