Lousy. trashy, slum facility. Shames on the franchise name. Demolish the facility.

Nothing- AC did work. Floor had not been cleaned for at least a year. Internet did not work. Smelly-sticky surfaces.

Thugs working on cars in the parking lot. See above. Total trash unit. No eateries nearby.

Nothing I can say that I liked. The property is not like in the pictures. We were in 304 and the landscaping is made up of trash and a disgusting amount of cigarette butts.

The property is not maintained at all! Mistakenly thought that a Super 8 with the Wyndham next next to it would not be bad at all. The outside was littered with trash and an amazing amount of discarded cigarette butts. We seen a used needle and a condom just in our section. The inside where we thought we could get away from it all was not good at all. Cigarettes burns in the tub. Our door would not lock properly. The electrical had so many issues. Lights would not turn on or off when switches it would be delayed or not at all. The sockets were Luke mush and would not hold a plug at the vanity. The worst part was the sunken in areas outside the bathroom and into the sitting area. The floor is about to cave in. At night we could hear a dog whimpering in the floor! This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed.

Ok for the price.

Price was good for 1-night stay.

Bathroom was very small. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod from the previous occupants, hidden in between the curtain folds.

Very poor

Front desk employees were very kind and courteous! I ended up canceling our stay due to poor conditions of the room but the young man was very professional and kind, listened to my concerts and addressed my issues

Unclean room, damaged furniture, smell of the room, cracked sink, holes in the sheets, stuff taped on the walls, dirty carpet that was not vacuumed, broken vacuum outside our door, boogers on the walls, fire alarm missing, attic door propped open over the bed

Very dirty, lacking care for costumers satisfaction and overpriced for something this bad.

I liked the location and staff, the bed was semi comfortable.

The room was dirty, they did have new bedding and somewhat clean bathroom but the floors look like they’ve never met a vacuum half the lights were flickering and wouldn’t turn on half the time. the bathroom doorknob was broken almost completely off to the point you couldn’t close door all the way and bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper. I could tell they only clean the basic things in rooms because we found earbuds someone left in a drawer and a condom behind nightstand and cigarettes under the desk next to bed. Overall very disappointing and definitely not worth what they charge there are better motels at a cheaper prices in the same town.

My stay was peaceful.

I was extremely pleased with the staff. They are patient, kind and friendly. Anytime I need to stay at a hotel I will choose them!!! 🤗

Close to our event

Rooms were needed a lot of general Maint. Could hardly get the door to open, trash everywhere outside. Office staff was extremely rude.

Nothing it was disgusting and just all around nasty. The staff was not helpful at all. We was also told that our reservation didn't include a hot tub even though I got the email approval that a hot tub was in the room.

Short notice was ok and safe but in my opinion not worth going to again..

Great front desk person but the room was nothing like the photos listed on website… They had no cable or TV which was not listed on the door or told about until after I paid for the room

No TV Room was not clean and the metal bed frame was sticking out and could cause bodily harm
