Dirty old hotel apparently in high crime area

The overnight desk person was helpful during a horrible situation with the hotel guest directly above us.

Hotel bathroom was filthy and needs remodeling. While checking in we asked for extra coffee for a.m. which we were given - only to find out when we got to the room there are no coffee provided unless requested. Got a coffee pot then found out we also needed cups. The desk person could have prevented our two trips by explaining this in the beginning when we asked for extra coffee.

beds did not appear to be changed; room was not ready at 6 when reservation clearly states you can check in at 3–staff was generally unconcerned about the inconvenience

I will never stay there again.

I liked the cost for one night with two people and that it was close to Pendleton, where I had an event the next day. The staff was helpful with concerns I had about our room.

The room wasn’t clean. There was someone else’s hair in the bathtub while I was showering. Our room smelled of Indian food and we had to spray it with room sprays to get rid of the stench. There was a lack of selection regarding breakfast food. Finally, the previous guest left her pink shoe underneath the bed which I returned to front desk.

The front desk person was extremely nice and helpful. The problems at the property where beyond his control, but he did his best to help.

The bathroom in my room was not clean, they did not have the rooms I reserved (one bed instead of two) and could not find me another double room. The lock on one of our rooms was also broken.

Good for the money

Very close to the hospital, a little dated but very clean. Front desk lady was super nice and got us in our room early when our stay was extended. She went above and beyond

Pillows seem to be an issue in hotels these days, might bring yours. Needs more lighting in halls, had I been traveling alone it would be a little scary, lot of dim and dark corners. Might book people with kids on the 1st floor or at least ask them not to run and jump literally all night.

It had bad people staying in the rooms around us smoking weed heavily on a no smoking floor .

We had 2 rooms on floor 3 that were non-smokibg and it reeked so bad if the people in rooms around us smoking pot. My granddaughter and her husband left and drove home. I felt unsafe with 2 grandchildren in my room. We reported it but they didn't seem to care to do anything about it.

The hotel was very clean and quiet.

The lobby could have been larger and a little more available for breakfast.

It was pretty nice for the most part!!

The beds were actually pretty comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. The room was clean but the bathroom could have been better.

Very horroble

Did care for the breakfast only had granola bars and coffee

I didn't like how the cleaning people didn't even come to my room and change the lines and I had to go to front desk and ask for towels and linens I stayed there for three days and no cleaning people very in acceptable. The beds were very uncomfortable as well I won't be back at this hotel. The management didn't do anything to accommodate us

Bad

When we arrived, the hotel was full of Marijuana. We had our boys 7 and 9 with us and chose not to even check in. The front desk said they were well aware of the problem but not much they could do about it. Marijuana is illegal in Indiana.

Rooms were non smoking but smelled strong of smoke.

Staff was nice. Carpet etc Needs updated, old and smelly. Coffee pot in room would be sufficient.
