Bad pool experience from other guests

My daughter is mentally challenged. She was subjected to comments which were both derogatory to her and also racist We are both Caucasian. We could not use pool after the remarks made by a group of other guests

In and out, not much time to spend at location.

shuttle service, driver was helpful as their are 2 Hyatt hotels with the same name, different location. To ease my concern, he assured me he would still get me to the right hotel. Note it was a very busy night for him as their were multiple cancelled flights. Van was packed to the max with luggage and people.

hotel air conditioning. Even at the lowest level it was loud. Didn't help that bed was very close to the unit. tried to turn off, but due to humidity and heat, had to turn on....

Not what expected compared to other Hyatt locations. Room way over priced for location

Convenient, clean and great value for money!

Location is close to everything, and the room was spacious, clean and smelt very nice. Had free 24/7 shuttles to the airport as well.

Quartos amplos, boa cama, limpeza. O transfer do aeroporto é bastante eficiente e um serviço que faz diferença. O staff é atencioso e educado.

O café da manhã é bem básico, não há oferta de alimentos frescos, apenas alimentos processados. A localização do hotel é distante das principais atrações, deste modo, é um hotel de pernoite para quem está em Fort Lauderdale apenas para uma conexão.

this is the only hotel I use its in a great location and the service is always excellent I have never had a bad stay .I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for accommodations .

Overall a good stay.

Breakfast was great. Check in was fabulous with the first clerk when we arrived initially in the evening. When we returned from our cruise in the early afternoon, the second clerk was not very communicative at all and the check and the check in procedure was laborious.

It wasn't super clean. Sheets had hairs and stains. They offered to move our room. Stay at the other Hyatt across the street. Its called Hyatt House.

For 1 night before our cruise it was good. The hotel is close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Glad there was a breakfast/ it was definitely adequate but certainly not exceptional. Luckily, we don't have big appetites at breakfast. There were the usual choices... enough for us to pick from. We would stay here again.

Very crowded area with only a few regular tables in an adjacent room and some "short' tables next to the reception desk. I believe there is room to add some extra chairs which would have been better. The line was long at the time we were there and luckily there was one table remaining.
