Stay at La Quinta

Very poor the 1st day the sausage was hard and burnt, and they was made out of soy bean. The juice was water down.

I put in a special request for a 1st floor room because I have Cancer in case oan emergency and I can prove my medical illness. 30 days advance I put this request in and was put on the 3rd floor, put in a 2nd one and was put on the 4th floor and was told by your manager just because you put it in doesn't mean it would granted. I showed him the email where it says that it was. This by far has been the worst hotel stay ever.

The staff at checkin we were early which was fine but had to wait theee hours for a room and then they was allowing other guests rooms and I had to get upset to even get something done manager did end up helping

The friendliest, most capable staff I have ever encountered. The shuttle driver was amazing, we jammed out to some bops,

Cute hotel right off the water. Very clean. The gardens were astonishing, the pool area immaculate. Staff on the evening of 5/5/24 were so friendly and accommodating. The shuttle driver was absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere. Going there felt like visiting a friend. It was warm and inviting and very relaxing.

The rooms are not very soundproof. Could especially hear everything in the adjoining room despite closed doors.

Not enough staff at reception on the day the cruise ships arrive. Only one person at reception with a lineup to the door. The room was not clean. The walls are paper thin. The shuttle service is not available before 7am not cool for flights leaving at 7.

Staff very nice, facilities were way below par.

Location was good.

Not well maintained. Couch in room was dirty and had giant hole in cushion. Room way over priced for condition of facility.

Very helpful, polite and professional staff. Transport to and from airport was very nice.

Little trouble with air conditioning. We used wall thermostat set at 65 during night. Room never went below 73. Realized in morning the unit had a separate control!

Very dated and dirty - good price but you get what you pay for.

The room was very dirty and the door didn’t close properly. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Didn’t feel safe sleeping here as there were strange people coming and going from the hotel. It was very loud and you could hear everything. The hallways had garbage in them (Q-tips on the floor), the elevator had dog pee in it.

Unfortunately never again

The management is very freindly and the property was pretty clean

Unfortunately they do rent rooms to locals who are more accustomed to living on the street, until 1:30-2am our neighbours were screaming, swearing and just loud off and on, just when you thought it would be quiet boom they would fire up again and we also had people going back and forth into the room and slamming the door, there was at least 6 in the room at one time. A previous review mentioned something similar and the staff knew who it was but would not kick them out.This happened to us a few months ago in California and once again were kept up almost all night

Great staff but rest is lacking

Staff were very friendly but very busy. Great parking , close to stores and restaurants. Pool area is nice.

Property is becoming a bit dated and run down since i first started staying pre cruise in 2018. Breakfast was in short supply for amount of guests. Carpets need cleaning and rooms need a good deep cleaning. If it wasn’t for the great staff we wouldn’t have chosen this location. Probably won’t stay again until updated

Location

Staff was not attentive, I had a late check in and I stood at the door for 15-20 trying to get in but nobody was answering the buzzer or the knocking on the door, my room only had 1 bed when it was supposed to have 2. When I was finally given the opportunity to move to another room the ac wouldn't go lower than 76 degrees so it was hot all night.

The location was great. The Asst General Manager Ciera was great when handling a huge issue

The bedbugs, the rude staff and horrible treatment, and damaged property by the staff.

Access to lobby/breakfast was easy. Access to the site was easy. I have been there before and enjoyed the ease of access to the location.

This time, I was disappointed to see mold on the ceiling above the bathroom. I understand that buildings are renovated every few years and things wear out over time, but some things should not overlooked.
