It was a great weekend with my family in a great hotel!

The breakfast was good, it’s kept simple (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and toast), but it satisfies the whole family. The rooms are minimalistic, which is great for myself.

There are dead ants all over the window sill. :( Also, the hot water didn’t work in our room, but it was fixed once mentioned to front desk. :)

It worked for one night but wouldn't have stayed any longer.

Personnel was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and available.

The elevator was EXTREMELY slow. The overall hotel had a very distinct odor to it. It was obviously very dated from a decoration perspective and was in a desperate need for paint and other updates. Water pressure was pretty poor. The hotel also had a very musty smell to it.

It was convenient to our son’s home.

Decor dated, mold in grout around tub, washcloth stained. We had stayed here 3 years ago and were sad to see the decline in appearance and service.

Very good

The location to six flags was very easy and fast. The staff was awesome and very kind and asked us about our day in and out. Clean quiet and just what we needed. I just wish the pool was open

I wish the pool was open again! We actually booked that hotel specifically for the hot tub and pool and second for the location.

Bed sheets dirty only two pillows and bath tub had hairs all over the wall and tub

They agreed to change our rooms when we requested. The staff was friendly.

There was no housekeeping the entire 3 days. If we needed something we had to get it from the front desk. They didn't inform me that they cancelled the complimentary breakfast. Which was one of the deciding factors in where we stayed to begin with. Phone lines were fried. We had to request a different room our first day due to a dog that wouldn't stop barking. Elevator and halls smells like a wet dog. The lights flicker.

Extremely disappointed, price point vs quality

The out side looked amazing

Half the lights didn’t work, the “Queen” bed was very small, blood stains on the sheet, small hairs in the tub, cheap and very uncomfortable mattress, throw pillows used as main pillows. Place was priced as a 4 star. More like a 2 star
