A memorable stay

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pantry access was something new for me. My granddaughter found it very interesting. Since the family planned the visit last minute, else it is not geared for families.

A pool would be a very welcome addition as the place is quite cut off from everything. Also a selection of reading materials would be helpful.

Will come again but bed linen and cleaning need more attention. May be better in another room

Bed sheets in room 823 looked worn, old, not pressed. Mismatched pillow cases did not close. Visible dust on carpet all around the bed. Faucet in shower kept dripping, with rust showing around bath drain as a result. Plugs and lights on one side of bed did not work

Great value and great quality stay

Nice and modern, clean rooms, and friendly staff

Renovatjons were happening in the lobby and the market was closed during our stay but it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was temporary and just bad luck timing-wise on our part.

The information on booking.com app the parking rates need to be updated.

Nice location, clean, friendly staff

On the Booking.com app it was stated in the customer comments that parking was $ 12.00 a day. When I went to park my car I was stated that parking was $25 dollars a day. I based my decision on my stay based on the rate of 12.

Overbooking programmato

Difficile giustificare visto che sono solo rimasto nella hall per 10 minuti.

Avevo prenotato, ho inviato messaggio che arrivavo tardi, mi hanno riconfermato che la prenotazione, seppure arrivassi molto tardi (attorno le 01.30) ma presentandomi al frontdesk mi informano che le camere sono tutte prenotate e quindi la mia prenotazione e' diventata overbookng. Mi hanno consigliato, senza ulteriori spese un altro hotel a 20 min e lontano dall'aeroporto oppure prenotarne un'altro a mie spese ed informato che mi verra' rimborsata la prenotazione. Ho chiamato almeno 10 volte alla persona incaricata (risponde la segreteria telefonica) ed inviato email ma ancora nessun oggettivo riscontro alla mia richiesta. Prenotarlo nuovamente? a che scopo se poi alla fine non le rispettano??

INEXISTANT!!!!!!!!!!

J'ai réservé une chambre un an avant, pour être précis le 06.07.2023! En arrivant dans l'hôtel, la dame au guichet me dit que l'hôtel a été "overbooked" et qu'il n'y a plus de chambre libre!! Elle m'a dit que l'établissement a essayé de retirer 1 dollar des numéros de comte VISA que les gens ont indiqué et que pour ceux où ce n'avait pas marché, la chambre avait été annulée!!! J'ai trois problèmes avec cela: 1. Si sur le site il est indiqué qu'on peut payer l'intégralité du séjour dans l'établissement même, je ne vois pas pourquoi essayer de quand même retirer de l'argent des comptes sans accord!!!!!! 2. Je n'ai pas été informé (ni par mail , ni par téléphone, ni par l'application) que ces démarches ont été entamé!! 3. J'ai un fort doute que m'a chambre a été annulée parce que j'ai eu un bon prix vue l'avance que j'avais par rapport à la réservation. En effet, le week-end là il y avait une grande manifestation à Philadelphia (Wrestlemania)et je suis sûr qu'ils on annulé les réservations qui ont eu un meilleur prix parce qu'ils avaient réservé en avance et ont accepté ceux qui ont réservé après la date de sortie de la manifestation. En effet, j'étais voir le prix d'une chambre après la date de sortie et le prix était le double!!! Je trouve cela honteux!!! De plus la dame au guichet d'a même pas cherché de nous aidé en proposant peut-être un autre hôtel, elle nous a donné l'information et elle est partie!!!! On a demandé de parler avec un manager, mais celui-là aussi n'était pas présent!! Ils ont laissé seul au guichet un homme qui venait de commencer de travailler depuis quelques jours dans l'établissement!! Ils savaient très bien ce qu'ils faisaient!! C'est une HONTE!!!

Extremely pleasant

It's a bit too removed from the rest of the city but the building is beautiful and the room is so comfortable. Really loved the food at the restaurant downstairs and the Starbucks items offered in the morning.

Again, the place's only real problem is how far removed it is from everything else going on in Philly.

Not the greatest but somewhat did the job.

It was a nice place away from the city and right near the airport! Staff was friendly. Next to a quiet small town with good dining options.

Paying $20 a night for parking is horrible and pathetic, $60 after spending close to $575 for 3 nights just adds salt to the wound. Nothing worked right: Gate to get in and out of the place. Tv was not the greatest, and always was glitching. Sink was clogged and never sent anyone up to fix it when we were there after I informed them (hope they did after i checked out because i informed them again). Also not complaining but no microwave in the room only one in the lobby.

Miserable! Staff members often clueless. Horrible management and communication

This hotel is looks only. The customer service is terrible!!!! No housekeeping, unresponsive staff, $25 a day parking. Broken exit gate, line of cars stuck in the parking lot just to start. 4 days and no housekeeping. Be prepared to dump your own trash and clean your room! The only saving grace is the restaurant which must be managed by an outside manager. The management at this property boarders on incompetence!!!

I prefer BWI (Charm City) over PHL(Brotherly Love) it would seem that Baltimore is better at hospitality.

Overall stay was good. Room was nice ... More towels were needed

Room was clean and comfortable

Friendlier front desk staff at time of check in. Concierge did not smile and was not welcoming.. we felt as though she was annoyed with our presence. And didn't make any effort to try to get us a room any earlier than 4pm although we arrive at 11 am. Staff needs to be trained better with professional customer relations services. A smile goes a long way.

Surprisingly modern, clean, stylish hotel convenient to the airport-better than expected.

Room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean-great mattress, comforter, and pillows. Bathroom clean and modern. The lobby has been decorated in a lovely contemporary style. The front desk staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful.

Service in the restaurant was slow and not very professional-after a 30 minute wait, my omelet arrived without cheese, although I ordered it. I had to ask for utensils. The food itself was fine.

Less than stellar staff, but convenient location - give and take.

Up to date and modern. I liked the location and that they offered a shuttle from the airport.

I booked this room in August for our October trip. We arrived early (2:45pm) after our flight got in and we were ok with being asked to wait till check in at 4pm. At 4:15 I was told they still didn’t have any “King rooms cleaned, like the one you paid for,” (King, high floor.) The girl went to “call housekeeping” and never came back. My husband had to throw a fit before we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a King Jr Suite that WAS clean. I hate having to throw a fit in order to be treated properly. Such a hassle. Ruined the first part of the trip.

A dump.

Service was awful, except for a guy named "T" who helped us with our luggage checking in. No help checking out. Desk said she'd ask the shuttle driver to help and never got back to us. We might still be waiting. Waitress in the restaurent kept complaining about being shortstaffed, couldn't get anything right.
