It was clean, quiet, the room was big and the staff was very nice
3.5 / 5.0
The staff were very nice, they went out of their way to make sure my needs were well taking care of. It was conveniently located for my workshop.
The room could use a bit more cleanliness. The shower showed evidence of mold. The drawer under the TV always remained opened, it would not shut. I am sure the cleaning staff noticed as well. At this higher price, it just shouldn’t happen.

The suite was well thought out, roomy and cozy!
In the photos it showed an indoor pool and hot tub. It was a cold, and rainy day when I arrived. As I checked in, I stated how happy I was going to be, to be able to relax in the hot tub! I was informed that it doesn't exist anymore. She apologized and stated that they need to remove those photos. I stated how very disappointed I was, that was the main reason why I booked with them in the first place😢

I liked everything about my stay; every aspect from A to Z of the experience was excellent; I only wish I had known about this option earlier (I had stayed with a nearby competitor multiple times with below average service, etc and I had been unaware of the Residence Inn just a down the street)
Nothing!

Clean and spacious. staff are welcoming. breakfast is satisfying.
we were excited about the hot tub advertised on the website but only to find out that it has been removed!

Friendly staff, great view of the mountains, hearty breakfast, clean pool, spacious room, close enough to Burlington and hiking spots. Also the room was nice and quiet and having a kitchen in our room was so very helpful
I wish the hot breakfast was a little more varied. We stayed for three days and I was hoping for bacon one day. The carpet and the arm of a chair in our room was a little torn, not a big deal but a little let down.

The hotel is very nice. Breakfast was very nice as well. Ran out of coffee a few times. Nothing in the kitchen to use for cooking in the oven. Had to use broiler pan for everything.
Hot tub had brown scum on the bottom which is a bit gross. Room will accommodate more than 4 people but only 4 pieces of dinnerware. Had to go to the breakfast room and get paper plates etc. Some of the guests had large dogs and did not pick up after them outside which was very inconsiderate on their part.

Locaton was good for our purposes. Suite was very clean and well appointed. Pretty quiet.

Was used to the self serve breakfast. With all restrictions rolled back in Vermont it was strange that you couldn't go in and get your own bowl of cereal.
They were working on the outside of the building right near our room. We had been "upgraded" to a two bedroom suite which while having two bathrooms was nice we really didn't need two rooms since we are a married couple. The noise when they were working was horrendous and made it so you couldn't hear the TV (not that we watched a lot). If we had small children or wanted to take a nap during the day it would have been impossible. In my opinion that room should have been left vacant. We totally understand the need to maintain the hotel but it got a little ridiculous. Also, no room service at all including leaving of fresh towels. Absolutely no contact by cleaning staff. I'm sure a stop at the desk would have gotten us some but with two bathrooms we didn't need it. We are back in VT in September but this time we chose a different hotel. We may stay here again in the future but for $200+ a night I expect at the very least a clean room.
