Location, room comfortable
Water pressure low in shower

Super friendly staff and you can't beat the location!
Restaurant downstairs didn't have any specialty coffee (e.g., latte, cappuccino). Not a huge deal, but would be super convenient if they had more options on site.

Room was very clean
Restaurant for breakfast was disorganized. Young employee was removing salt and peppers to refill while people were still at table. Forgot our coffee.
1.5
location and staff
The hotel was way over priced. the facility was bleak, industrial in feel as exemplified by a long walk through dingy hallways, with low ceilings, industrial lighting, a broken elevator (only one of two working) construction plastic evident, and a horrible breakfast. in short not much except a lovely staff to recommend it

Location is fantastically downtown Burlington. Hotel is clean, inviting.
Little noisy during construction hours but their hours were reasonable. Mandatory valet parking fee of USD 22 was bit much.

Good location for our purposes in Burlington.
Room not restocked during stay and had to ask twice before request for more toilet paper was met. Pool disappointed by lack of changing facilities and shower not working.
4.5
Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
Wish the bar was open past 10 pm.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was right down the hill from the Flynn Theater where we attended at show. The valet service was great.

Good buffet breakfast and freshly cooked items on request. Staff professional and friendly. Helpful by providing wheelchair following request. Very comfortable twin queen beds in spacious room for me with my daughter, who was recuperating following knee surgery, locally. Faulty coffee maker in room promptly replaced and room service on request suited us and reduced waste. Fridge & microwave useful in room. Airport bus shuttle, laundry service and ice machine, comfortable lounge and bar area, gym & pool were all amenities used over week. Bar area comfortable with food available in the evening. Comfortable sitting areas around hotel lobby for reading or relaxing. Hotel location ideal as I was without car and wanted to be centrally located in Burlington and with easy access to Ubers for hospital appointments.
Noisy HVAC in room. No official communication for guest reassurance, following fire evacuation on night March 19. Distance to disability access room.
Lack of clarity from booking .com regarding their charges. Specific request for disability access shower, made via booking.com, apparently not communicated to hotel. Hotel reception staff did however, when suitable room became available, facilitate this request.

Breakfast was good and had more options than expected. Valet parking was also very useful.
The closet door in the room was off the tracks so we couldn't use the closet. The shower door was not watertight when closed so we had a big puddle of water every morning.

The location was great. Few minutes walk from Church street.
I always give very high scores for our bookings, but it was something different, something I have never experienced. I was traveling with my two kids from the West Coast. We left to the airport at 3 am and travelled all day. We were very tired after a long flight and time change. We were hoping to get some rest and spend two lovely days together before we said good bye to each other for 3,5 weeks. Unfortunately, our time got destroyed. The next morning, after we landed in Burlington, we woke up for a horrible construction noise, cutting or drilling metal for a very long time, right under our room. It was 8 am local time, still pretty early for that loud noise, plus we were still dealing with time change. It was only 5 am P Coast Times . The construction work, hammering, cutting, drilling was going on all morning, while we were trying to get some sleep. It was a real struggle. It was impossible to rest. I tried to call the front desk, but no one picked up the phone. I left a voice message, but the loud noice didn’t stop. Around noon, I walked down to the receptionist and complained about the construction noise. She acted if she would had not known anything about the all morning lasting construction work in the hotel. Weird. She told me if we had the same problem the day after they would put us in a different room. Haha, we only stayed for two nights. I was hoping the construction was over and we can get some rest during the second night. I couldn’t believe, when the loud construction noice started again, second day even earlier at 7:30 am. Ridiculous. No one informed us about the hotel repair, otherwise I would have had not booked a room in this hotel. When we complained they downplayed the problem and ignored our complains. They charged us full price if they would had given us a full service while they were running their extremely noise construction work during our stay and ruining our time in VT. I have never experienced such a rude and ignorant behavior.

Excellent location in a cool repurposed armory. Nice decor and modern rooms.
Parking was a paid valet service that caught me by surprise. Breakfast buffet was expensive and limited.
