Ramada is usually a recognized name for the weary traveller. Changes would continue the reputation.

Good breakfast and best shower head and its pressure. Coffee and water was available all day.

Finding it was extremely difficult and the street intersection leading to the Ramada was very difficult to traverse. Though the availability of water was appreciated, the chlorinated taste indicated that filtered water would be even better to the recipient. The old look of the interior really should direct the management to have the whole facility updated and refinished.

Decent but rough.

Quiet room. Air conditioner worked well. Good breakfast.

Room was pretty beat up. I’m starting to see a pattern when booking rooms with “Booking”. Rooms that we get seem to be the rooms that are in bad shape. This has happened in other hotels as well.

Price and location was good. Liked the jacuzzi in room was the best feature.

Bed wasn't comfortable and breakfast even tho it was free everything hot was over done.

I would pick this location again.

Location was very convenient to getting around the valley. Breakfast had enough, nothing special.

The AC was old style and difficult to control. The shower faucet was very hard to move from hot to cold and vice versa

Every year we stay is great

We have stayed in this Ramada for so many years, for golf weeks and now every year traveling to and from Arizona. We can always count on a reasonable rate and the upkeep of this older property is appreciated. This place is consistently good.

Filthy, uncomfortable, stressful.

The bathroom was FILTHY! The shower head was probably not changed and disinterested since 1992. The bathtub dirty with long black hair stack to the wall. Above the shower and behind the toilet lots of piled up for years dirt and bacteria. We’ve arrived there at 10pm and we’re just too tired to look for something else. we used a ton of disinfectant and antibacterial spray to even take a shower there after a long day. We did not even wash our hair because the shower head looked more than awful. I have pictures to prove it. The payment should be reimbursed to us for enduring this kind of stress in a hotel. It’s 21 century America for gods sake. Things should be a lot better.

Easy access to dining and shopping.

Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. HVAC controls did not seem to work. Bathroom and furnishings felt very dated.

We will stay here again!

The hotel was nice and in a great location. The breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, bread, bagels and muffins. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Will stay at another hotel next time I’m in St. George.

Good location to everything.

Everything is old and wasn’t clean. Handle on sink fell off when using sink. Bought a candy bar at the front desk and it was expired and hard as a rock. Not impressed with hotel.

Pleasant

The lobby and connected breakfast area was a very nice first impression. There was a nice fireplace and comfy chairs in one section. Breakfast was good. The bed and heating/cooling system were good. The room and bathroom were looking "tired"...... Could some tlc
