Our stay was excellent. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was very good, prepared on time every morning. Staff was friendly

There was an issue from booking.com with the virtual card on file which declined multiple times. Front desk staff member Troy was very helpful and patient with myself and my wife with the issue and it was resolved. We appreciate Troy for his friendliness and patience with us. Other visitors had the same issue and he was helpful with them as well.

It’s good stay.

Yes it’s nice

Breakfast need to update, for example, I noticed when the fruits finished, nobody care to add some or refresh. Fruits have only apples and oranges no bananas at all.

Clean, inviting, bright, welcoming. Very comfortable beds!

Rugs in the rooms. Seem outdated. Hardwood floors would be more appealing. But they weren’t bad.

Worst stay ever. Never felt so humiliated and rushed out. Super rude and nasty staff. Rooms smell like mold and breakfas

The whole experience was awful. When we got to the room it had a musty moldy smell. We didn’t say anything because it was just for one night and we got there late. The next morning starting before 10am we had 4 people from housekeeping knock on our door to see when we’re leaving. All this within 1h. Note checkout is not until 11. The staff was very rude. The first lady that came in at 10 literally barged in the room as soon as she knocked. She never announced herself or apologize. What if someone is naked? For the price people pay to stay there we deserve some respect. Nobody should bother the guest before checkout time! The breakfast “french toast” was old. The container the bagels were in smelled like mold. The bananas were brown. The whole place was disgustingly dirty and the staff very unprofessional. We will never return to this hampton inn or any other one ever again. Never felt more humiliated and rushed out in my life! Now to top it off there are 2 charges on my account when we only stayed one night! I expect that to get fixed and a manager to make this right!

Disappointed. Have never had a problem with Hampton Inns anywhere else.

Requested maid service/cleaning for day 4, but they never showed up. When contacting the front desk, they gave us extra towels, but never came to clean.

I left some valuables in my room and didn’t realize it till I was halfway to Savanna! The staff was very professional in securing my possessions and making sure they were there for me on my return!
