Prachtige en schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt

Prachtige kamer, superschoon en heerlijk bed. Personeel was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was uitgebreid. De kamer was groot en stil. In- en uitladen van de auto kan in de schaduw voor de deur. Karretjes zijn beschikbaar voor je bagage. Alles voelde nieuw en schoon. Eigenlijk alles waarop je hoopt als je een hotel boekt.

Niets, het was de perfecte nacht die ik nodig had na een dag offroad rijden door de bergen

I liked the fact that due to flight delays my room was still available and the staff was very nice and courteous.

That the pool area was closed for renovations.

conveniently located close to all, dining, shopping if that is what you are looking for.

I had no complaints about the hotel or the services they provided. It was clean, the rooms were on the small side but adequate for the purpose they were designed for (sleeping).

Was visiting friends in Ridgecrest so did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. I did eat breakfast one morning and although I got what I wanted I overheard many complain about the slow service in the breakfast area (I also seen a gentleman get about 20 slices of bacon at one trip to the breakfast bar). Overall I will stay again if I make it back out there.

Great place to stay!

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, after visiting the Death Valley. The location of the hotel is great. It is in the center of Ridgecrest. If you have a car, you can reach a lot of restaurants in less than 5 minutes and there is also a small park less than 1 mile away. Very cool! The hotel is very clean and very well organized. I went there with my husband and my brother and we found 2 amazing, big rooms. They were as we expected and the staff was very nice the whole time. We also had breakfast there. The food was really good! The hotel has also an open car parking space for the night. The hotel has also a swimming pool and a small jacuzzi.

The whole experience was really good. The only thing that could have been better was the swimming pool. We wanted to use it after we arrived and unfortunately, it was very dirty (a lot of leaves in the water and the bottom of the swimming pool seemed to be very dark). We decided to not even try it! The jacuzzi was better, so went there!

Probably will not stay here again until renovated.

The property is in a good location and mostly clean. Staff was nice and efficient.

This property is in desperate need of a refresh or renovation. Curtains in room were torn, toilet paper holder barely clinging to the wall, furniture old and in bad shape, as were the carpets.
