Very friendly and place was clean. I loved the free breakfast.
Just a bit away from my main destination.

Dont go there! Rude stuff! Dirty room! The worst hotel (better motel) i ever been in my life. We booked with breakfast, no breakfast, no compensation.
No breakfast, no compensation, even no sorry. Avoid.

That was close to my house, and that we were alone
The breakfast was not cooked properly. The sausage was raw. The potatoes were dry we had roaches under the bed. The TV would not work properly. It was not get giving what it was advertised for the Jacuzzi was broken. Yeah, wasn’t a good day. Oh, and there’s crickets all in the room that didn’t let you sleep all night.

Nice position, staff, and parking.
Expensive and room in front of pool and public restroom.

Super friendly staff. Nice quiet place. Nice pool. Near everything. Nothing sketchy or tacky or dirty about it, which is saying something for Ridgecrest.
The fact that it's surrounded on all sides by Ridgecrest.

We arrived around 10 pm, and it was still 100 degrees outside, but our room had the ac running, and our room was so nice to cool off and sleep very comfortably
The shower didn't get very hot, and the lamps need new switches. Nothing we couldn't live with.

Clean
Beds were lumpy uncomfortable, to many people smoke pot, every time I walked outside of room it smelled like pot

Our room was clean; we sat in the jacuzzi; we enjoyed the restaurant and bar, and the free breakfast.

Great breakfast. Spacious room.

I’m not one to complain but if I had to I would say the jacuzzi could have been hotter and more full and with clean water

Spa was cloudy and didn’t work, gym was closed early so we couldn’t use the sauna

Great restaurant on premise. Nice room lay out.
Needs remodel. Bathroom fan is loud. Bed was worn. Carpet worn. Needs to be freshened up

The hotel was easy to find and we had no problem parking in their ample carpark. Staff were friendly and welcoming and our room was clean, warm and very comfortable. Facilities were easy to use and once we logged into the entertainment system we were spoiled for choice with TV, movies, etc....
Having just driving 4+ hours through the wilderness it was great to stop somewhere so civilised.
Breakfast was nice, and a bonus to have it included in the overall price.
Not really fair to penalise the hotel for this when it comes to a rating, but I think it's worth knowing how thin the walls are and how little sound insulation there is between the rooms. We had particularly loud and obnoxious neighbours who set alarms for 4am - ignored them going off for over 90 minutes. I have never complained to reception for anything like this - and being told we could be moved at 4.30am wasn't really the solution I was looking for as we weren't the ones causing the problem.
This obviously won't happen to everybody, but if you're going to switch rooms for a noise complaint I would suggest doing so before you fall asleep!

The complimentary breakfast was great and very convenient! The room price was reasonable.
The sheets and a towel looked dirty. The neighboring room was loud and drinking (with inapproriate language) until 11:00 pm.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful and informative. Great front desk employees.
Everything was so Clean. Also, the quick responses and breakfast were delicious.
Our room was nice. We both thoroughly enjoy this room. Everything worked. Thank you for a very nice stay at your Inn. We will return again to stay again.
The only thing was in the Shower to turn it on or off, there was no lever or handle to do so. It was a straight metal piece only. It was extremely difficult to turn off the shower with wet hands.
We were in room 135. The room was under Carolyn Brodsky and I was her disabled friend.

>Everything was very clean and comfortable.
There was an ajoining door to the room next to us. it wasn't very soundproof. we could hear the person in this room talking on his phone and could hear what he was saying.

The room was very clean. The beds were pillow top and so comfortable. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious. I will stay here again.

Good, though limited breakfast. Comfortable room.
HIDDEN FEES: Without my informed consent, credit card was charged $15 early check-in fee for being 45 mins early and $20 late check out fee. Front desk did not disclose these fees while checking in or when I requested late check out. Mgmt refused any adjustment and never responded to emails, blaming Booking.com for being unreliable. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
