Beautiful
Breakfast was a disaster. Food was cold. Staff was inattentive

This is the most beautiful, well-run hotel we've ever stayed in. The mountain setting is spectacular, and the concierges were very accommodating about getting vegan marshmallows for us so we could enjoy the daily s'mores hour on one of the plazas. We wish we could have stayed longer, and hope to visit again the winter when you can ski right into the lower level! And the funicular ride from the gatehouse to the main hotel is very cool.
It was a little tricky to find the correct gate for entrance, but we blame Google for that.

Food was excellent. Easy Shuttle service to Park City.
The best restaurant in the place (Rime) had sloppy customers. Dress code not diligently enforced. Ppl in torn jeans should be moved to bar or other restaurant

Yummy drinks and food at the bar. Nice complementary champagne and smores.
Loved the location except only one fanicula was working. Also, the shower was a little challenging to use.

Restaurant has a great view of the mountain.
We arrived on the lobby or downstairs reception lobby thinking we need to check in first and then take our luggage from our car. The system they have is this, you need to leave your car with your luggage in the car, the staff will take your luggage upstairs. Which it was very helpful if someone had explained this to us, we were welcome and rush to take the funicular upstairs (which was not clean, it has seemed better days, you can see the finger prints on the glasses) because front desk is not on the front of the house, YOU need to look for it on the top of the mountain taking downstairs to the first floor, facing the mountain building, again, nobody explained this to us, we were looking the front desk just to check in, but the time we fount the front desk, the reception was not very welcoming, I had never imagined that booking through Booking.com was going to be down upon, I get it,the hotel want the people to book directly, I get it, but I think they have a very bad attitude with people that use the App. The lady in turn, did not like it and it showed in her face, she did not do any effort to give us a quality room. My husband says that she might had a bad day, so I did not say a thing, hoping the the room was going to be “decent “ for the price of $900 the night I thought it was going to be ok, it was not, I am attaching the pictures of the room and it was a lookout, we got my reservation say a room with a view, I did got a view but it was of the staff parking and the people the parked their car for going to the terrace restaurant. Very disappointed with the hotel in general. I know they are having trouble finding people I understand, but they should keep this in mind in the price of their rates, I would not had a problem in a $200 night hotel. I would know what to expect. You can take a look at our bill, was for $1200 dollars for a mediocre dinner, and a terrible stay.

It was our 48th anniversary and we wanted to do something special. The St. Regis was the perfect answer!

the staff is very nice, I would say the food is ok but it is so wildly overpriced that I can't do that
the prices. this is a marriott. It is absurdly overpriced. the fanicular is so much trouble, takes forever to go up, esp. with covid.. FORGET IT. We will not stay here again, ever.

Great service of ski valet, good facilities and food, great stuff. Fast in-room dining service.
Very poor shuttle service. You have to wait up to 20-30 minutes. Only 2 shuttles in peak hours, while the hotel has more, why not to use them all in peak hours?? For such costly luxury place it is weird. Concierge doesn' care to recommend you proper restaurant in the city and happy to book you any which is available.
