Decent price, comes with fridge and microwave, coffee in room. 3 sets towels and swim pool. I will stay again

Exceptional

The ice cold air conditioning The awesome water pressure and hot shower, The queen size bed and fluffy pillows made our stay exceptionally restful

Expected more for the price of the stay

The daytime staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fairly nice.

We checked in after a busy, hot day at Adventureland. The night staff at the front desk was extremely agitated and acted inconvenienced. We got to our rooms and one of our rooms had a light and heater/air conditioning that didn't work. The other room had things falling down/out of the walls and the remote didn't work. A replacement wasn't offered. In the morning our kids couldn't swim in the pool before check out as planned due to the staff losing the keys and being unable to open the pool as scheduled.

Great!

The staff was lovely and welcoming!! My husband is introverted but even they got a good laugh out of him. They kept up with my energy, which was so nice. The swimming pool was indoors which was GREAT because I have lupus. The breakfast options were nice and filling. The room service staff were lovely as well, held great conversation.

There were some areas that were sticky (?) But that was 99% left by the past guest and it was on a handle. I understand how hard it is to check and clean every single nook and cranny, especially when you're overworked. A quick wipe down with a sanitizer wipe did the trick just fine.

There is not enough parking for people staying at the hotel. Kids were running up and down the hallway all night and morning and slamming doors.

The amount of boys running up and down the halls and ringing random doorbells! Told the staff and nothing was done about it.

The customer service was very nice and respectful I always stay here it's convenient for my Job.

Wish they had a little bit cheaper rate because I always work for Amazon and I am traveling to work. I love the first floor and the 3 floor room was not that clean like my last stay

This was about as perfect as a motel stay can be!

Everything was just about perfect here. While it was the smallest motel room we've ever stayed in, we were comfortable and it met all our needs. The lighting was excellent, the room was clean and each side of the bed had a bedside table. The receptionist open the breakfast room so that we could get hot coffee and hot tea as we were freezing when we arrived.

There was no freezer, just a refrigerator unit.

Disappointing

Location was easy to find.

Bathrooms have a bit to be desired. It's a real chore maneuvering around the toilet to try to close the door. I understand allowing dogs, but should be a MUST that the dogs are not to be left in the room by themselves. Was awaken numerous times to a barking dog in a near by room.
