Worked for me price wise and location nothing great

Close to state fair grounds

Pool was hot no elevator door on the end of building had no lock on it air conditioner did not work that great

Nothing about the property was appealing. Looked nothing like the website photos.

Hallways were dirty, people just hanging outside that appeared to be homeless, parking lot was dirty, ceiling in room was dirty, linen was stained, no comforter on the bed, what looked like a bookcase blocked a door in the room, room looked nothing like the website, bed was on what looked like a pull out couch, back door didn’t shut all the way so not sure what the purpose of have a door key to get in, took the lady 10 minutes to realize I was there for checking in because she was watching something on her phone, when she did realize I was there she said to me “ what do you want”, then handed my key to me and walked away.

It was being renovated but rooms were nice.

We stayed in the No smoking and someone was vaping CBD close by. No refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in rooms. No towels poolside.

Exceptional

Friendly staff. Room was easy to get around in with my wheelchair. Would recommend this motel.

My suggestion would be automatic doors for wheelchair use.

The two rooms that we reserved were newly remodeled and clean. Microwave and mini fridge appeared to be new. The indoor swimming pool was nice and appeared to have been properly cleaned. The vending machines were well stocked and had a nice variety

The outside of the motel appearance was not very good. You had to drive through a truck stop parking lot to get to the motel. When entering the motel I had to speak to the attendant through a glass window which made me have second thoughts about keeping our reservation. The area around the front desk where you checked in was not very well keep.

The TV's weren't working because the satellite was out. There was no breakfast. Pool room had no working heat

The location is great. The room was clean & up to date, outside very dirty. Highly priced for stay.

The room was fine. Clean.

Bathroom is very small. Although the inside-room was clean, the outside was very dirty. Cigarettes everywhere. Walls in the covered area going from outside to inside were dirty. Doesn't look like anyone attends to taking care of the outside property.

the vinyl floors in room. poll was okay

the cigarette smoke in hallway coming from nonsmoking rooms. booked room for 4 people only had 3 towels no hangers, Kleenex,phone book,paper,or pen in room shower had no water pressure. air conditioner could not be adjusted control panel was broken water control know on tub did not function properly

The value for the money was good. Simples room, was clean, and everything worked as it should.

Room wasn’t completely done being remodeled. Some finishing touches were not done. Workers staying below us made us feel a little uncomfortable.

The only nice thing about this room was that it was clean

Hotel was completely under long term renovation . They has several shipping containers right by the front of the hotel. There were also broken down cars and equipment in the parking lot as well as trash on the ground. The door to the room didn't close unless you pushed really hard on it and you could see large areas of light around the door. The bathroom door was the same. Beds were like sleeping on a concrete floor.

The room was clean and the shower had been updated. It was located near adventureland and bass pro shop. Nice pool.

The room stunk. The location was very sketchy and dark didn't feel safe and not enough parking for everyone that is staying there. The beds weren't comfy at all. I didn't see any bugs but you could feel something crawling on you when you laid down. The inside of the building is nasty!!!!

Renovations going on... but quiet and a good value

My room appeared to be newly renovated... comfortable and quiet.

No breakfast included but there are several restaurants within a few blocks so not a huge deal.

there was trash all over the place, the window in my room had broken latch’s and no screen (ground floor)
