Surprisingly luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Rochester

Beautifully restored , historical property

Nothing - it was comfortable, quiet and well appointed. Some of the furnishings may have rough edges , but clearly a lot of love and mo et has been poured I to this restoration.

Left a few items on the property I called the following day after checking out notified staff that it was left there and they responded with it wasn't. Still haven't been notified on my items left on premises

Overall we were very happy with our stay

Great location for our stay. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The air conditioner did not work great. The shower did not work well. The front desk staff were not the friendliest.

Accommodations were great. Inn was beautifully decorated. Very clean and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and I loved the bathrobe that was supplied. Enjoyed that there was great cable TV channels and Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed.

The cold water from the bathroom faucet was hot water. Also, the complementary breakfast items were scarce and when I asked if there were any granola bars he looked and said all out of them. I was surprised that there was no ice or vending machine. I said water was hot from faucet so could I have 2 bottles of water and I was charged $6.

Beautiful old hotel, the restaurant was excellent. I would stay again for the food. Room was large and comfortable.

The location was great for us. Close to family and the highway. It was easy to get around the city

There was not a comfortable chair any where in the hotel room. Only one straight back wooden chair and an old leather barrel chair so close to the bed with no lamp near it.

Only hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world that couldn’t organize a taxi!

The restaurant.

Room lamps were broken and the dlfaecets only ran scolding hot water. Terrible.

The location was good for the event that we were in town for

Hotel and rooms need updating. Looks very run down. Blackout blinds on the windows should be standard for an inner city hotel!!!

From the first entry into the building, all the way to relaxing in bed, everything was aligned with elegance and comfort

Absolutely gorgeous historic building maintained in immaculate condition but with a full complement of modern conveniences seamlessly integrated with old fashioned features such as the fireplace, the bathtub, and even an infrared lamp in the bathroom.

beautiful hotel on the outside and nice room inside in a nice location of city but don’t use the halls or elevator!

I rarely fill these things out- way too lazy, but this place was pretty poor. There was clearly a sewer problem. It smelled. Bad. My girl and I took the stairs the rest of our visit (heads up stairs go through wedding area bars lol) because the elevator was like riding in a toilet. They knew it- lotsa candles lit. Our fireplace didn’t work, even after they sent for maintenance. Not a huge deal but that room was $350, in Rochester in October. Looked nice online and had a tub in the room. The tub was meh too- no jacuzzi jets, just a big tub in corner of the room?!?! No partial refund or anything after I let them know these things. I’d save the big money and avoid this place

We really enjoyed the Inn on Broadway and look forward to going back.

Great location for exploring the Neighbourhood of the Arts. The historic Inn had a lot of charm. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing!

Some areas could use a little TLC - but it did not detract from the overall experience.

Got Dobble charged then charged for smoking pot in the room in witch I never did I'm pissed 250 dollors for apparently smoking so stupid tried to have a romantic evening then all this Np

Perfect.

I love this property- downtown location , historic building, great employees, every room is unique- the bathroom mirror in 303 is fun- It turns you into a very thin cyclop!

Well, I’ve never been a fan of the brand of the coffee makers you have- I get the “convenience”, but the coffee is tired and they are so environmentally unfriendly.
