Nothing.
Deteriorated. The property is literally falling apart. Doors stick and you have to shove it to open and slam to close. “Touch up” jobs everywhere. It stormed and rain poured inside from window. Staff didn’t seem to be concerned or phased. I was moved to another room but my plans for that evening were destroyed. My advice would be to take this property off your website.

Great place to stay while enjoying South Philly. Wonderful all around especially the staff.
5.0
The staff was very accommodating and attentive. No issues with checking in and securing my key to my room. Property was very easy to navigate.
The location of the hotel itself is very close to a busy street, so there was a lot of noise from the cars at night. You also had to pay extra for parking and had basically no choice but to use the valet services to park your car, as they didn't allow us to park by ourselves. You could tell that the accommodations were old and one of the main plugs didn't work.

Personnel aimable courtois chambre Grandpré et propre wifi facilement accessible
Aucune insonorisation, on entend tout ce qui se passe sur l’étage très désagréable au point de ne pas y retourner

Room was very clean and comfortable.
Long waiting for the Check-in, and at the end we have to take two double beds as king beds were not available at that moment because rooms were not ready as the hotel was short staffed.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good amount of space. Easy to navigate.
Bathroom countertop a little small. Maybe a paper to show which tv channels are which?

We've stayed here several times. It is a GOOD place to stay for a Phillies game.
The a/c in the gym did not work and the hallways had heavy pot smoke at times.

I like that this property is close to the Wells Fargo Center
I have no complaints about this property

Close to Wells Fargo Center. Always clean!
No complaints. Staff is always nice and even helped me and my friend jump start her car/took photos of us before our concert

Within walking distance of my cheese steak stands as well as the sports complex. I saved a ton on rental car and parking. The area wasn't bad either.
Their tvs didn't work in some rooms as I found out talking to other guests. The tv in my room worked but had all useless channels. I wanted to watch sports in between activities I had outside the hotel.

The employees.
The first room we checked into smelled of smoke badly. We called down to the front desk and they switched our room w/o hesitation. The new room was on the 7th floor. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. The hallway smelled like pot almost the entire time we were there. The a/c in the gym was not working. The facilities were very disappointing, but the workers were nice.

Location and room was clean
The parking was a NIGHTMARE. I've never been to a hotel before that actually forces you to use valet parking. Everyone was trying to check in at the same time, cars were sitting in the street waiting to get in, it was an absolute mess and so confusing. This hotel is probably fine if you're staying on a random night when there's no events/games going on.. But if you've gotta be to a big event by 630 and check in isn't until 3...be prepared for a hot mess when you get there and a lot of sitting around. We had no idea and went to park on our own and a security lady practically yelled at us to go pull over somewhere and wait for the valet to catch up.

The only thing that I liked was the Valet let me go get my vehicle at check out - but that’s because they were SO busy… couldn’t find parking or get vehicles in/out in a timely manner as everyone was blocking the entrances/exits of the lot/valet pull up spots.
The point of the do not disturb sign on the door is literally DO NOT DISTURB. While we were out, the staff entered our hotel room - and took out our just freshly used towels, wash cloths, soaps, and not only entered when requested by sign to NOT enter…. They didn’t replace anything they took with fresh/new supplies. When I told staff/front desk, they didn’t address the issue - just said “I’ll get you some supplies”… For this reason alone, I would never recommend your hotel.
The breakfast food quality could have been better. Sunday, 8:30am, they ran out of “fresh berries”. Waitress was slow, and forgot silverware, then forgot to bring our breakfast drinks, didn’t bring butter/jam for toast… the list goes on.
The elevator was a bit “touchy” by nightfall. Had several people complain (as we also experienced) that it would stop “mid flight”, wouldn’t open on designated floor, etc.
And lastly, checkout… I couldn’t even “officially check out” because the whole system was down & I’ve yet to receive my receipt (and it’s been over 12 hours as of right now).

Not much
The tv stations were very old.
Staff were somewhat rude and not helpful.

Breakfast was pretty good. The ordered food came quickly and tasted good. The location suited us (half an hour on foot to Wells Fargo Arena).
The room rates are a bit too overpriced.
You had to pay €15 per night for parking. It could be included in the price.
The hotel staff did not respond to any email before arriving at the hotel.

I like the room layout. The location is perfect for going to sporting events in Philadelphia. The bathroom is good and the facilities are nice as well.
Our shower had a tilt so the door didn't close. Our toilet had a water issue.
5.0
The parking was nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom toiletries were nice.
A continental breakfast would have been nice. The bathroom door was off the hinge so it couldn’t be closed. There was a patch on the ceiling that looked like it was ready to fall down. The noise from the adjoining room was very loud. Our room door had to be slammed to get it to close. The coffee from downstairs was $4/cup!

Good airport to hotel shuttle bus. Staff were pleasant but very slow. Great location for airport and Financial Field Stadium. Plus a close bus stop to get into Philadelphia city centre.
Room had an unusable safe. And also a broken latch on the door. After speaking to the reception they put us in a different room.

Close to Lincoln Financial Field, we were in town for the game.
Valet parking being required, I needed something out of my car and when I finally found it the doors were locked and they had my keys so getting into my car was very inconvenient. I fully support that you charge $15 for parking on top of my room rate and want to make sure only actual guests are parking in your lot but had I known I would be required to allow someone else to drive my vehicle I'd have chosen a different hotel to stay at.
