Beautiful, well appointed hotel.

This is a large executive hotel with beautiful facilities and a great location. We were going to a Rose Bowl Game and it was just close enough to uber or walk. And easy access to Colorado Street and historical areas. Great hotel.

Spacious room, fancy lobby, nice pool.

Room is spacious. Lobby is clean and open. Pool was nice.

The extra parking fee, which was fine if you factor in the lower room price. But the surcharge for parking in-and-out was not cool.

The location for sure. And that it was clean, and rooms were nice.

It’s a bit older furnishings in the rooms.. But we like that too…

Comfy mattress, beautiful views, needs better lightening, needs new carpet.

Loved the views and the mattress was very comfortable. Gym was well equipped. Parking was simple.

Carpet in the room was worn. Had a slight smoker smell - especially on some of the bed’s large decorative pillows. Lighting was inadequate in the bathroom and bedroom. The reading light on one of the beds didn’t work. The gym was too hot - seemed like the AC was not turning on in there - no air movement. The very low lighting in the hotel hallways and at the elevator made it feel dingy.

Very nice property and surrounding area. We will definitely be back.

Very clean, hallways were clean and surrounding areas were. Parking was easy and accessible, everybody was extremely polite and helpful. There was a fridge in the room that helped with beverages and a lot of storage space.

Minor… the tv didn’t have any option of a streaming service. It would have been nice to log in to our Netflix or similar service.

Perfectly decent hotel - clean and comfy, but probably won’t blow you away

Comfy room, pleasant hotel and good location. The staff were very kind and attentive.

Wish the room paralleled the restaurant. Commend the employees; all were working at 110%.

Bare minimum room for high-end hotel; no counterspace or magnifying mirror in bathroom; shower head mounted for 7-foot-tall person; too pricey for parking-structure view; paper cups for coffee? Basically, cheapie room.

Prime location and great rooms!

Prime location, convenient parking, spacious and clean rooms. Stayed here because of convenience to Rose Bowl event. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Location was good. Close to freeway very accessible. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy me an the wife did not want to get out of bed!

The elevator situation was not in good running condition. Had to wait for 20 minutes each time using the elevator.

the pictuer was different fronm what we had in person...misleading!!!

the room accomendation...there was no differene between superior and delux!!! But there was a approx. 40-50 dollar difference!!!

The doors slammed shut -- not just ours but everyone's. All throughout the night, the doors slammed.

In town for a graduation and the Westin was a good spot to celebrate

grand older building in downtown Pasadena. Older but well kept. Bed was comfortable. The bar/restaurant was good with some unique menu items. Bar staff wonderful.

Only had one night there. Wish we could have used more of the facilities.

nice lobby and public areas.

bathroom was very small & don’t like the shower being in a tub. there was a continuous pulsing, base like sound, thought it was base music but never ended. also no on room floor beverage machine, only at gift shop, which was never open. no convenience stores nearby.

you could not l int the lid not he toilet - it runs into he wall. It makes usage a bit difficult.
