Beds & pillows were very comfy but it would have been nice to have a non-down (more sturdy/non-sinking) pillow.
Pillows.

Location, design was appealing as I arrived
Staff were smiling but unhelpful. Front desk girl was rude as I arrived for 3:00 checkin as published on booking.com only to be told checkin was at 4:00 with no sorry or even a recommendation to try one of the many bars or cafes nearby while I just sat in the hot sun for a room that - when I did get checked in - was DIRTY. Dust particles deep in the unused AC unit blew all over the room and had fallen like brown snow all over the bedding. There was a damp spot on the carpet. After I checked in, a maintenance person opened my bedroom door with a key without knocking and then had a loud conversation in Spanish right outside before leaving without apologizing. The tv was buggy and I felt ripped off. I was glad it was only a one- night stay but really disappointed by the La know customer service or value. I have two kids with disabilities and really needed a Nice, clean, stress-free night. Next time, I will not risk using booking.com since I know that the checkin times are incorrect. Nor will O be back at the Dena. Bummer. I keep looking for a place to use every month.

fun lobby. Great location to convention center !
Rooms dark and gloomy. A little noisy. Could hear noise from upper floor and sounded like water pipes making noise which woke us up.

Great place. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. The patio area was strange. Overall a great stay. Will be staying here again!
Patio area was strange or I didnt explore it well enough. Our room right by the entry door was kind of a thing but not a problem. Now I know why the front desk said if we minded that room😆

The staff were very friendly, to me and my friend. The staff were clear regarding check in and check out, along with answering my questions regarding food delivery services such as Uber Eats.
One thing that could be better is that the Wi-Fi kicked me out temporarily.

The Hotel Dena was perfectly located for our weekend trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part of the stay was the room service! The hours were great, the service was quick and the options were plenty!
My only two issues were fairly minor. The electors were super slow though it did give you a chance to chat with people while you were waiting. The real issue for me was that I am very sensitive to smells and I had to take allergy medications to not be effected by the different scents throughout the hotel - including whatever detergent was used for the bed linens. This will not be a problem for most people but for those that are sensitive, it is just something to be forewarned about.

Great location near Colorado Blvd. Easy walk to many things to do, restaurants, etc.
Bed was comfortable, sheets & towels clean. Bathroom clean.
Too many names: Sheraton, Hotel Dena, Marriot Bonvoy, Tribute Collection. Very confusing/ messy.
3 elevators but only 1 working. The wait for an elevator was long and often full when it arrived - staff and large carts had to use the same one elevator.
The room needs attention. When I opened the curtains, the walls around and along the window had peeling wallpaper, debris, cobwebs. No one had cleaned that area for a very long time. See Photos.

Location, cleanliness, and staff.
Elevator was out of order once or twice, and slow overall.
10.0 / 10.0
The room was spacious and airy with tons of light. Everything was in walking distance to the hotel and we only had to drive once the entire stay. We ordered room service 3 times and was very impressed with the service and the food.
We had a patio room that looked onto another apartment building. There were no chairs on the patio and it was shared by every room the length of the entire building. It would have been nice to have a private balcony by adding opaque walls or topiary.

Good location.
The hotel took my deposit. It's been almost a month, and it hasn't been returned.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, parking structure
1 of 2 rooms was ready upon check in time. Next room wasn’t available until almost 6pm. Elevators are really slow, had to take the stairs two different times due to wait time

The hotel was clean and the location was excellent
The ‘beats’ never stopped. There was no quiet place that we could find.

Comfy Bed
poorly thought out bathroom (eg.no counter space at all). No soap in bathroom. no towel racks.
Hidden coffeemaker
poor elevator service...very slow
non-stopbar & poolside "drumbeat" music annoying after a few minutes

Location is excellent and staff very attentive
The room was quite small and hot water in the shower took quite a while to get to temperature. The hotel is being rebranded and it was unclear when the restaurant was open--breakfast was good but hours were misleadingly marked for dinner and the bar was understaffed

I was able to check into my room a bit early, the staff was super nice. I had lunch in the restaurant and the food was very good. The room was updated, clean and quiet! There was a mini fridge as well which was nice. the coffee maker only had decaf coffee though lol. Staying for work because of a conference so it was extremely convenient.
There is a little convenience store that is self checkout open 24/7 which is GREAT but it had airport prices. Otherwise no complaints!

Location, staff, room, all important things
Construction was annoying, loud banging throughout the day and the makeshift bar was kind of sad.

The convention center was close to the property
The entire property was being renovated and a lot of the rooms had non functioning amenities, no television signal in my daughter’s room which we called on numerous times and it was never fixed! The swimming pool was completely empty and being renovated also! We were never informed about all the renovations and the non working items in the facility, if I would’ve known that I would have stayed somewhere else! Very poor customer service and facility

Very close to convention center
Significant remodel occurring everywhere inside including right outside our door every morning. Expensive to park. Inflated rates considering we were basically in a demolition zone. Bathtub didn't drain. Pool not open.

The location was great & Ivan at the front desk was wonderful.
It was under renovation during our stay. We dealt with the smells of wallpaper glue, paint, etc. Both the elevators and stairs smelled, we literally held our breath as we used them. The restaurant & bar were “open”, but in in a temporary tiny meeting room, so we did not utilize it. I called 3 different times for a luggage rack on our first day and never received one. Thankfully our friends were not using theirs, so we did. Our friends had no coffee in their room & had to track down housekeeping to get some. The provided coffee fit their coffee maker, but not ours, so I held it in place while it brewed. Thankfully, it was just a single cup machine. The mini fridge did not have a freezer section, so we were unable to use our cold packs & the mini-fridge just barely got cold enough to keep milk cold.
The rate we paid was way too much considering the conditions of the property during our stay.

Our room was located on a floor under construction. Wires were hanging from the wall and woke to drywall dust and tools blocking the hall. Contractors working while we had to navigate around them.

location
No one told us the entire property was under construction. The shower water was cold and never got hot and the shower did not drain while taking a shower, there was 2 inches of standing water.

it’s a good location, spacious room.
very poor housekeeping, room not cleaned towels were not changed despite informing staff on three separate occasions. only coffee in our room on first day of a three day stay. (we had to add an extra night) lack of information about dining options which were overpriced.
