Good price Good Location Nice Staff would book here again if I had too

The breakfast was nothing compared to the reviews I read prior to arriving but it was breakfast included as advertised Location of hotel was good and some things was in walking distance however I learned a more central location to everything is Canal St

The carpet was beyond old and dirty definitely need upgrade otherwise room w/kitchen and kitchen wares was great

Exceptional stay with Sonesta Es Convention Center

The room was very spacious, clean, and in a great location and distance to all the great attractions. We also appreciated the valet parking option and great breakfast.

The bed was a little too small for our satisfaction and felt like a king size bed would have been more suitable. Other than that small detail the entire stay was great and we would definitely book a future reservation on our next trip to NOLA.

The property has a nice courtyard area. Having a kitchen in the room was very handy.

The room needs updated. It is a good 15-20 walk to the French Quarter but once you figure out the trolley system it’s not too bad.

Being so far away from the elevator and that the pool closed at 8 that was a big bummer considering that's when it would be cool enough to enjoy.

I arrived at the property about 6pm. Upon checking in , I was not aware that the facility did not accept chime cards, it is not noted on the website. Finally, I used my debit card which was approved by the credit card reader, however the employee working at the front desk told me the transaction was declined and that I would have to pay the full price for the room and a 250.00 deposit for incidentals. I am not sure why I was asked to pay for the room again when I checked my credit card statement and the room was paid in full. This was a huge inconvenience for my family and I, I thought that paying for the room in advance would make the process easier, unfortunately it was not. Also, I have stayed at this property several times in the past,however I do not plan to stay at this property again while I am visiting family.

Really boosted our wonderful vacation!

Breakfast was a good selection. Location was awesome! Loved the covered interior hallways - plants were awesome and produced a nice setting! Everyone so helpful and friendly!!

If I work hard to find a nit about the room, there appeared to be mold/mildew along the underside of the bathroom sink bowl. It would have been nice to swap out scrambled eggs every day for something else hot like maybe pancakes or waffles.

I loved the stay it was nice and clean. Just didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast it was overcrowded.

It was too overcrowded and the hotel wasn't prepared for it we were there for a few days and it took a full day to get towels

This place was shady along with the valet! Do not stay here!

Security-this place needs security! Our truck window was smashed right out front of the hotel and apparently nobody saw anything and the staff was not helpful at all! Valet was also shady! Do not stay here!!!

I was charged for valet services I never received, the mattress was extremely hard, the noise from the street was loud. The front desk was not welcoming nor accommodating.

The location was fantastic, the outdoor sitting areas and pool seemed a lot less closed in than other properties we looked at, the rooms were huge.

My only complaint was the bed wasn't the most comfortable. But that's personal preference.
