The fitness centre and staff went out of their way to make sure you were looked after
Room was dark and had a worn/tired feel. I also paid for an upgraded corner room and would have loved to be able to open a window but could not. Price didn’t match the quality. Also very overpriced room service.
Be aware if you remove any items from the fridge like I did in order to use it for your own items, you will get a hefty charge. Luckily I checked the bill and had to alert them that the items were beside the fridge, not it in. This left a bit of a bad taste and a pretty big oversight from housekeeping. Reception were however quick to rectify and refund me which I appreciated.

Las instalaciones, la ubicación, el servicio de desayunos y la atención del personal.
El servicio de cenas: la calidad de la comida y el servicio del personal en el lounge no está a la altura de la calidad y servicio que se espera de un Ritz-Carlton

The location and car valets.

Excelente la habitación, mucho mejor que otros hoteles. El servicio y trato de todo el personal fue único, todos eran muy atentos en todo momento tratando de hacer única la experiencia del hospedaje. Sin duda es un excelente hotel para quedarse en San Francisco.

I will never return to the Ritz Carlton. They serve me powder egg for breakfast at $180. The butter was rotten. The pancakes tasted like they came out of the garbage and the staff were talking me.

Все было идеально! От заселения до выезда!
Внимательный персонал, огромный номер, жили на клубном этаже с лаунжем. Ritz есть Ritz ❤️

The rooms, amenities and staff at front desk are lovely.
The length of time it took to get housekeeping to bring extra pillows.
The terrible service in the lobby bar where we were grabbing a quick meal at 4pm before seeing Sting with the SF Symphony. Nothing came on. Time or in the proper order. The food & beverage manager did not help or make it right, but we were impressed by the assistant Food & Beverage Manager Carlos Gomez who saw what happened and how his boss did not handle things well. He sent a box of chocolates along with a hand written note apologizing for the bad experience.
He represented the Ritz Carlton in the way we expect and respect. Kiddos to him. He did a much better job than the food & beverage manager. And the waiter was terrible. I’ve had him before and he’s been ok. We were not in during any Valentine’s rush and the place was empty.

The bar was great, the small wine tasting experience was great, Diva is very knowledgeable and a great host.
The location is great just a few blocks from Market street, and the ferry building and right around the corner from
China town. There is even a cable car stop.
The 37 parallel restaurant was only open for breakfast. We would have preferred to eat dinner there instead of the bar.

zero complains on our stay.

We stayed for our honeymoon and were upgraded to a corner king room which was really lovely. The staff were kind, interested and helpful. The room was immaculately clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The location was exactly what we wanted given that the things we wanted to do were predominately in the north and north east of the city. The only downside we could complain about was the price of the food and drinks. A very average bottle of red wine will cost you north of $80 and any time spent in the bar will feel like a violent assault on your bank account. That being said, the service that accompanies those expensive drinks is beyond reproach.
We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

Staff are really professional and polite.
1. No dental kit on check in. You need to ask it.
2. The room wasn't ready for the kid. Additional bad was arrived, but on last night staff take it without our permission. Strange
