Great Staff

Every staff member we encountered was over the top accommodating and friendly. Pool was really nice though it was quite warm. Unavoidable with this heat haha. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Our view was into the interior in the courtyard so not much to see but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyhow.

The cost for valet was very expensive and there weren’t any other options for parking a car that were nearby. The neighborhood was a little sketchy looking coming in at night so we wouldn’t really venture out after a certain time but we felt very safe at the hotel.

hotel was difficult to locate in my opinion, it seems hidden away, 60.00 for valet????

very clean and well maintained facility, walking distance to several points of interest. friendly staff for the most part.

i had valet service without asking for it, i thought it was complimentary since i didnt see any other option of where to park, that was never mentioned in the booking unless i missed it. when i checked my american express card when i got home i see that i was charged 60.00 extra, im assuming it was for the valet parking? i know employees dont work for free but how is this fair to be charged 60.00 that you are not expecting or notified about, i never received a receipt to itemize what i was billed for. i dont think this is a fair business practice for your guests, its seems shady and dishonest.

After the initial problems were solved, the stay was pleasant.

Location, very clean

It seemed over booked. We weren’t initially placed in the room I paid for, and they tried to convince us to keep it without a refund.

Overall very overoriced for the non existing service. Room was clean but exrenely dated.

Location ok.

Breakfast included was kind of disappointing. You order a frittata, not sure what that was. They didn’t bring water, or bread,a disaster…

The location is great...but

I loved the location, and the staff was fantastic.

The walls were paper thin, and our neighbors were LOUD. The beds were also rock hard, and I have back pain already, so it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was super small and we basically were playing Jenga with the door to get out of it.

Great stay!

At check in clerk unwilling to help find my reservation! After requesting to see the manager the manager resolved the problem!

I did not like the $45 mandatory valet parking per day and also my bathroom tub was clogged so the water king to my angles while taking a shower

A/ c didn't work. Booking.com or hotel couldn't find reservation for a hour. Poor customer service
