The breakfast was very good, not as varied as I would like but good, the room was very comfortable and cozy.

Not all the staff was so friendly, we had problems getting in and it was the first time we were staying at the hotel, we didn't know we needed an access card and instead of helping us open the door, they only saw us from the front desk and we were waiting for someone to open the door for us, one of the guests opened it for us. Other people were very friendly and accessible, no problem at all, I understand that not all of us are in a good mood and it is valid but I think it was very obvious that we were arriving because of all the luggage we had and obviously we had no idea how to manage the entrance or exit of the hotel.

Comfy stay but dated hotel.

Nothing by this hotel, not a great location. It is also very old and tired- needs a full refurb. Also, there is no bar/restaurant.

Most of the staff members had an attitude The staff was not flexible to accommodate any of our requests, we were fasting during Ramadan and asked to serve 2 plates of the breakfasts half an hour earlier so we can eat before the fasting time. We even asked for only ready of the shelf products; not anything to be cooked specially for us, but it was not entertained. The elevator was not in good condition No one was helping with the luggage, we had to carry it ourselves to/from the room Not all staff were speaking English! We stayed for 14 nights, yet when we asked for a late checkout as our flight was at 7:00 PM, it was rejected without any consideration. Will never stay there again nor recommend it!

Some staff should not be in the hospitality industry 🙄

Bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was very clean

The morning shift employee Monique was TERRIBLE! I sent a complaint to management about how she refused to open the lobby doors to let us check out and was rude earlier that morning but still haven't heard back. AND THEY CHARGE $20 TO PARK IM THEIR PARKING GARAGE BUT ITS ONLY $5 ACROSS THE STREET

War insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zentrale Lage.

Die Lage war sehr zentral, die Umgebung war aber eher menschenleer. An den Straßenecken waren ziemlich häufig Junkies anzutreffen. Komme aus einer Metropole und bin das leider gewöhnt. Ansonsten gutes Hotel. Zu empfehlen.

perfectly lovely stay in downtown Houston for a concert at Toyota Center

The shuttle & the parking garage were very convenient

rooms are small and cramped but expected for a downtown city center hotel

Enjoyed our stay. Not sure why I booked a disabled room but it wasn’t a major problem.

Bed very comfortable. Pauline at front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

One of the bath towels was very worn - to the point of having a hole in it.

Scratch my roof up in the parking garage Then they charged me $20. When I already had a reservation for my room, I shouldn't have to Pay for parking Next time I'll go somewhere where it's in with the room If I were knew it was 20 bucks I would have just Park next door for 5 dollars And my roof wouldn't be tore up.

During Check in Reception, my FOREX Card they have not accepted & they we not ready to accept Cash also. So, have planned to book another hotel in near by area. Again we have requested to accept Cash payment & after one hour she got permission to accept cash payment from higher authority.

Front desk staff is very friendly, and I stayed comfortable days in this hotel. Freeways are close to this hotel, and it is easy to go somewhere around Houston.

The staff and housekeeping were all very nice and welcoming. Housekeeping was very sweet and diligent about the room being clean and restocking the necessities
