Adequate if you just need a place to sleep and will not use any other hotel facilities.

Room was as expected but nothing special.

The images on the site are very misleading as the hotel is under construction and the public areas do not remotely resemble the pictures that are being used to advertise the hotel and induce customers to book there. The degree of construction work and current state of hotel should be disclosed.

Quick, but comfortable with excellent service!

I liked the updated room and the room/bathroom amenities.

I didn't love that the facilities of the property were in a state of construction, but I also understand that is a necessary evil to update an older property.

Great home base for exploring DC

Solid location, walkable to the metro & many restaurants. Underground tunnel access to metro to avoid weather. Incredibly comfortable bed. Clean!

Not much in the way of security. Anybody can access front door, which leads to the smallest, oddest "lobby" Ive ever seen, And then directly to elevators. TV didnt work. Repairman sent up and resolved quickly. Worked fine after. Vary bland aesthetic. Not a deal breaker, but dont be expecting a fancy decor.

Perfect.

The location was perfect for my trip. The room had a fabulous view and was extremely comfortable. The gym was very well equipped and the staff very friendly. What more can I say?

Disappointing and very expensive, relative to the service we received.

The location and proximity to our event, but it was colocated with several other hotels so we chose it because of the Marriott name

The A/C in our room ceased functioning in the late afternoon on a 92 degree day, sometime while we were out attending our event, so the room was 80+ degrees when we returned, with the thermostat set at 70 degrees. The staff was extremely rude, challenging, and not helpful at this hour to explain the issue. The front staff expressed a rude tone in the outset of the conversation over the phone and was not friendly. The explanation began with why they cannot fix the problem. We were required to walk to the front lobby desk in pajamas around 12:30 AM to retrieve a room key for another room. They refused to provide their tired guests (my guest and myself) who are paying to sleep in their hotel any type of refund or discount on that night’s stay.

Very nice room, very nice staff

Shuttle service - had to wait on another shuttle due to number of people, was told to move to another waiting location, didn't make sense. Felt lucky to be able to get on the bus at all due to number of people using it.

Great stay!

Easy to get to, room very nice, beds were very comfortable . Bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. Checking was very smooth and the front desk was great. Parking was good parked on Friday and did not touch it again until we left. Walking distance to DC metro was great. Walking distance to many different local restaurants just down around the corner. Thank you.

Location near airport. I live in loudoun county needed to be at airport at 4 am

Made reservation for 5 adults. Called Tuesday to confirm 5 adults and give marriot number, check in at 8pm and was told roll away bed will be right up. I call at 845 and was told 15 minutes. We have to be up at 3. I have 3 small kids. I call again at 930 and he said he will call it in. At 1030 I go down and he said he doesn’t have one. He said he had a mattress. I said no and he said he will call and for one in 15 minutes. I come back in 15 minutes and he call somebody and says it will be here soon. I complained and demanded another room since I will be up in 4 hours defeating purpose of this stay. I asked for manager and area manage and he refused to give me name or number. In am I complained again and he said they were busy. He gave me 2k Marriott point or $17. What. A joke. I left.

Great stay!!!

The view was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. I did not try the breakfast buffet however, the granola french toast was delicious!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was on time. Metro access in lower level. I would absolutely stay here again!

I booked through booking .com, I prepaid in order to get that rate.When I checked in they were going to recharge my card for the entire rate! I showed them that it was paid with the app.Another clerk got things fixed.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Allowed us a 4 hour early check-in at no extra charge. They also allowed us to keep our vehicle in their parking area after check-out while we took another day trip into DC, also at no extra charge. So, we were able to extend our vacation an extra 6 hours!

Exceptional

The location was excellent for our DC trip. Very clean and close to Crystal area shops & metro. We loved the underground walkways connecting the shops and metro station.

When arriving it was hard to figure out what to do for check in since there is no place to park and walk into the lobby. My wife had to run into the lobby and get instructions while I drove around the building. There is a lot of construction going on in the area but this wasn't a major issue.
