NASTY , STRESS, GROSS, UNCOMFRONTABLE , AWFUL, !! MOLD ON SHEETS

NOTHING !!! THE STAFF WAS LAZY , HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS THREE TIMES DUE TO ISSUES WITH LEAKING SHOWER HEADS , STAINED SHEETS , HAIRS ON SHEETS , BLOOD STAINS ON SHEETS GROSS

THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE MY ROOMS READY , SAID BOOKING .COM NEVER TOLD THEM TWO ROOMS , THERE WAS NO BDAY BALLONS IN THE ROOM , AFTER I GOT EMAIL SAYING THESE THINGS WERE CONFRIMED . I GOT TO HOTEL AND THEY DIDNT HAVE BUT ONE NIGHT BOOKED , AND NOTHING ELES

Your staff gave out a key to my room and another guest walked in on me. That is unforgivable.

Very close to the airport

The hotel was very close to the airport for my one night stay. They provided a shuttle to the hotel. Just make sure you go to the correct Marriott. The room was quite large and very clean. They provided me with water upon checkin, which was convenient. The shuttle in the morning was prompt. It departs every 30 min. They have breakfast on premise but I did not use the restaurant.

It was ok, but not impressed.

The location was fine, but the parking garage is very poorly marked. Very hard to figure out how to get out. Signs were tiny and the $45 per day charge outrageous.

There should be a microwave in the room. I needed it for my medication and heat pad and was shocked such a pricey hotel did not have such a courtesy. Finding business meeting rooms was extremely confusing. The worst I have ever encountered.

Convenient location

Huge room. Quiet. Underground tunnel. Variety of restaurants nearby. Excellent convention site. Convenient to airport.

In house restaurant not open for lunch. Needs more shuttles running. Waited 30 minutes then told no room, wait for next which would be 30 minutes later. After flying 14+ hrs, wait 60 minutes for shuttle, nope. Although canceled an earlier reservation thru booking.com app months before deadline, reservation still showed open upon arrival. Had proof of cancelation, but seems to be glitch between hotel and booking.com. Not first time to happen, so if you cancel an earlier reservation thru phone app, bring documentation.

Good hotel but bad experience

I loved the hotel, but I lost my diamond ring in my hotel room, which I realized after leaving the hotel. They did not show an effort to find my highly valuable item which made me disappointed.

Excellent hotel and my stay was great!

I love this hotel and have stayed there many times when I am in DC. The location is close to the airport, dining and shopping.

I wish they had more dining options in the hotel. With the exception of breakfast at the Lounge, the restaurant did not serve food until 4 pm but they did have snacks and sandwiches available at the Mart in the lobby of the hotel.

Just ok. Won't pick this hotel again

Air/Heat was not working, no variation it was either freezing or too hot 4 people to the room and only three towels. 4 person reservation and only two breakfasts included in our reservation with breakfast included. Parking is extremely high

Handy for a trip to DC or Alexandria

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, within easy walking distance of the metro.

Booking.com indicated that there was free WiFi in the hotel (which is why we chose this hotel, but what you do get charged for is access to the internet on a daily basis. This is a deceptive description. Breakfast at $30 plus tax was certainly not good value as it was only buffet style with no option for at least eggs being freshly cooked.

The hotel is amazing. From check in to check out everything was good. The rooms are clean. They cleaned my room daily and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night too

Our room key didn’t work in the garage so we had to walk twice from the garage into the lobby for them to reprogram the key. Not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient!

I don’t recommend it to anybody

Filthy towels , I found Pubic hair and boogers on what’s suppose to be clean towels ! elevator was Brocken and had to use service elevator then escalator to reach the lobby , which was horrible ! No staff to help taking luggage from the room .

I have been trying to cancel 3 sets of reservations on booking.com because American Airlines cancelled my flight and no one I mean no one has returned or acknowledged my email they keep charging me even though I cancel on time night I have been trying for 2 days now to cancel this reservations for 2 rooms and no has acknowledged my request. American Airlines canceled my flight and as such I cannot check in because they have been unable to rebook me due to the heavy loads on the flights.
