Could not have been better

What a great experience. Rooms are spacious, clean, and updated with ample drawer and closet space. Staff was very accommodating. Grounds were lovely with plenty of room to walk the dogs.

not what i had hoped for the price i paid

the breakfast looked ok, just basic coffee juice cereal and milk. there were potatoes which i dont eat, precooked omelets, a soyish type sauasge. i liked the muffins which came frozen im sure. typical, nothing special.

dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the inside of kitchen cabinet had a large greasy spill of some kind in it, the kitchen sink drain was kinda nasty looking, with a terrible smell coming from the disposal. stove top and front of microwave had greasy fingerprints. also i got a handicap accessable room so everythiing was low like the hook on bathroom door and the bathroom had about 6 handrails everywhere walls,around toilet, shower. they need to do inventory on their kitchenettes. mine was missing basic stuff, there was only one small pan, 2 forks, just a lot of stuff missing. one of the wine glasses had a crack in it but still in cabinet.. overall cleanliness of kitchen area seemed like it had not been cleaned. the bed looked like it was used. one side cover was not tucked in and looked like it had been laid in, pillow was bunched up unlike a bed that has been made. i was offered another room but it was on the opposite side and i had already cleaned for myself in the kitchen. i slept on the side of bed that was still made. at about 3 am the smoke alarms went off one night and boy were they loud, with flashing bright white lights. the entire building was evacuated which meant everyone and their dogs were outside in their pajamas. my dog doesnt socialize much and this put him on sensory overload. a couple of the dogs were quite aggressive which was scary. the parking lot isnt well lit towards the back and i had odds and ends missing from my truck bed one morning. i observed a homeless man go from the interstate ramp into the woods right behind the hotel so i assumed he had a camp back there. i was leary of being in that part of the lot at night. it didnt feel safe to me. it was a pain having to take everything out of my truck nightly and take it up to my room. the reason i booked the hotel was the pool. i never even got to get in it. $500 for 3 nights. one of which was spent outside during the fire depts investigation. false alarm thankfully. the bed was very comfortable

Not being able to use pool due to others drinking alcohol in and around pool .Door to get into building stuck and wouldn't open. Having to pay for parking after paying over eight hundred dollars for four day stay.Told front desk about the drinking and door nothing done about either.

The place was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful and very polite and humble. The maintenance man was so helpful and very polite. I will be back my next time that I'm in Kennesaw.

breakfast sausage shriveled, potatoes terrible, did not taste like potatoes, SAME THING EVERY DAY, no bacon bananas all bruised, the room was for 3, no sheets, no pillows when we called the office they said we would have to come and get them, had a kitchen, NO FRYING PAN Never cooked as we went out. Very pleasant cleaning people didn't need them to clean for the 3 days but she brought me clean towels and soap (we kinda did sign language as they did not speak English WORST THING WAS WE HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING TOTAL REDICULAS! SAID THEY HELD 75 DOLLARS AND WE WOULD GET IT BACK AFTER DEDUCTING PARKING TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! We have NEVER paid for parking wherever we stayed, i mean its YOUR parking lot why would we have to pay to stay and then pay for parking

They will call the police on you and make up a lie if you stay more than three days

they called the police on me. Right after I paid for my room which was $327 did not give me a refund. And made up a lie to the police saying I was being noisy. But I was asleep in my room. The front manager could not even give the police a reason on why they wanted to kick me out. This is a very racist hotel.

The worst vacation stay ever

Jasmine, the manager of the housekeeper saved the day.

The room I was booked in was disgusting: 1. The microwave looked as though it never been cleaned. 2. There were stains on the sheet. 3. The bathroom was dirty. 4. The second bathroom had a bad smell. 5. There were no utensils in the room to cook or eat with. 6. The dishwasher and oven was filthy. 7. The fire alarm went off for an hour and half. 8. Trash was in the hallway. ****Don't stay here****

Nothing!

We were awoke from our sleep, The Fire Alarm Sounded In One Of The Buildings at 2:00am - 2:30am. To run out a the hotel because we thought the building was on fire!! The temperature was below 15 degrees!! No one knew what was going on!! The breakfast was horrible!! We were charge for parking!! I’m now at home in my bed with the Flu!! Thank you Sonesta ES Suites!! I will never stay here ever again!!😩

EXTREMELY NOISY GUESTS

Staff was very hospitable and nice.

It was a game day weekend and my hallway was filled with EXTREMELY noisy guests who were not considerate at all of other guests, even at Midnight! Curse words yelled, drunk and disorderly, loud banging of doors, and this went on for 3 hours and after midnight. Noise ordinance should be set, even for the weekends. I could hear everything from the hallway. But other than that, it went well.
