Great place in Dublin, Ohio

The hotel was very nice. Enjoyed sitting on patio overlooking the Court yard. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly.

I would stay here again.

I liked the location and the bed was very comfortable. The night and day clerk were very friendly and efficient.

The loveseat in the room had a funny smell coming from the upholstery . Also the soap dispensers had some nasty residue around it.

Diappointing to say the least

The room was comfortable.

My room was cleaned only one of the three days I was there. The fitness center was unavailable because they were redoing it. The cleaning staff kept saying it was not on their list

Great experience at a nice hotel while visiting Dublin.

Great location when visiting Dublin; can walk to downtown area easily. We liked the balcony that looked over a nice inner courtyard.

Would be nice to have breakfast or at least some fruits/yogurt etc.

All in all our stay was ok. Room 351 needs the AC fixed and they really need to monitor big groups at night.

Everything except our AC was not working well and caused for a pretty rough night.

I'm not sure what event was happening bthe place was PACKED and when we went to check out someone had placed their freaking twisted tea case and all their empty cans in the bed of our truck! We had to clean out the bed of our truck from someone else's drunken activities before we could leave with our children! 😡

Disappointing

We booked for a friends birthday. We wanted to swim and go to the bar. They were both out of service when we got there. No heads up on the website. Still charged us full price. I wish I would have took a minute and found another hotel.

No housekeeping service. Everytime you need a service you have to call front desk and if you are lucky they will attend your request.

it was a good time and the hotel was very close to the Columbus zoo, downtown Columbus, and the city of Dublin

the courtyard was beautiful with plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. the lobby was beautiful with a game area and a tv.

the coffee shop had very limited hours. The pool water looked very murky. the hotel was under renovation so the second floor looked dirty.

Wonderful staff (Susan and the lady who serves breakfast) They made the stay great.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff that works in the morning made the stay great.

The pool water was freezing! didn't get to enjoy the pool.

Really friendly staff and great facilities.

the pool and gym are great. gym is always open and the pool is open most of the day.

it would be nice to have complimentary coffee in the mornings. paying for Starbucks coffee meant it was more than I’d like to pay for coffee.

It was what I needed for my overnight stay.

It was quiet.

The hotel was ‘sprawling’. If I wanted to go to the lobby or front desk, it took a few minutes. I can’t remember ever being in a hotel as spread out as this one. It wasn’t a big deal for me but it might be for some guests.

No maintenance for the room

Not much , the Wi-Fi was losing signal and the staff ( Mo ) the bartender has anger issues

First they need to get the exterminator out to spray the chiggers that was infested
