The location was perfect. Shopping less than 2 miles away. Highway a few miles away also.

Breakfast is nothing to write home about. They can definitely do a little better on that aspect

the staff! the dirty room! the leaking shower & over flowing toilet! the disrespectful woman working mornings that literally was the most rude & unprofessional “woman” I’ve ever experienced in customer service. she was horrible. I will never go back here or ever recommend this place to anyone solely bc of her!!!

They booked my room before I checked in. And booking.com didn't feel the need to fix it.

NEVER AGAIN

The room was not clean! I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom as soon as I arrived! Then I find someone else’s clothes in the drawer along with a plastic baggie that looked like drugs was in it so I reached out to the front desk and all they could offer was to remove the clothes! So not only did I have to pay a lot of money for the room I also had to be the house keeper!!! The staff are never at the desk they run around the hallways playing music!

decent rooms good for short term stay

room was decent, plenty of parking & easy access to rooms with multiple outdoor entrances for guests

the gentleman who checked me in (who was for some reason wearing a blue bandana tied around his head at the front desk of a hotel) commented “there’s a lot of young ladies checking in tonight. I’m starting to get suspicious,” - to which I replied “I don’t know what that means but I’m here with my husband & we are just passing through to sleep for a few hours on our way to Colorado” (my husband was in the car). very inappropriate to basically call a customer a prostitute. this was the only employee I had an issue with during my stay, so I don’t want to generalize and say all the employees at this hotel need professionalism training, but it might not be a bad idea.

Amazing stay!!

I loved the room. It was bigger than expected. We had a little trouble with the toilet when we first checked in but it was fixed right away.

There was some construction but other than that my stay was great.
