Location
Really disappointed on how loud it was. The breakfast really sucked!!
4.0 / 5.0
Great location and very spacious.
We had to request towels a few times since they ran out. Not a huge deal but would have liked more.
2.5 / 5.0
The bed was very comfortable, it had a clean nice bathroom and loved the balcony.
Well for one I got charged 50 dollars more than it said on booking. No vending machine. I paid $7 dollars for 2 drinks. There was maybe 6 cars in the parking lot and they put us in a room right next to other people that was far away from the front desk. All the breakfast was put up before 9am. Front desk wasn’t bad but they acted “put out” when I asked for a drink. No microwave in the room. TV is in a weird place. The bed being comfortable is the only reason we didn’t leave early.

The bed was comfortable
Front desk was lackluster at best. Staff very unfriendly. Generally ugly hotel.
No continental breakfast of any kind. The attendant who strolled over to SELL us coffee wasn't trained on how to use the machine so we drove to Starbucks. Our room wasn't cleaned when we asked. The location is hard to get to. It all feels old and run down and VERY VERY OVERPRICED.

Its pretty clean and comfortable
The hallway is a little confusing, but I memorize my way to go inside my room easily

There was no breakfast

The pool was nice and the bed was comfortable. The snack shack was convenient although expensive.
Pillows were awful, the towels smell funny along with everything else, just like a musty moldy unpleasant smell, the water in the shower was constantly switching from scolding hot to ice cold.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. The rooms were nice because the sheets were soft and the towels were fluffy. There was good water pressure in the shower.
The hotel advertised a restaurant but it was really just someone behind the counter serving coffee and pastries from 6a-9a. The sofa bed we had in our room was very uncomfortable.

a staff was really rude and make uncomfy during stay

No one serviced the room for three days. You pay for coffee in the morning. You would think management would at least provide laundered towels and free coffee for the money guests pay.

Location
Fridge was broken, room didn’t get cool enough, children allowed to just run through the halls being loud at night

Room far from elevator and shower not handicap accessible; rather terse and unhelpful at reception, only 1 handicap space at door#2

We had a king suite. It was beautifully decorated and all updated. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to us.

The pool was the best part of the hotel, it is a nice size and goes up to 5ft deep. The hot tub was also great. The fitness center was also a nice option. I also like that my room had a sliding door to access the parking lot so I could park there to easily get what I needed from my vehicle.
The room was smaller than I was lead to believe as they called it a double room but it was one room and not much space, it also said 2 queen size beds but they were full size beds, the bathroom was small as it was a half bath with no where to sit or hang your clothes or towels, the bathroom vanity was in its own space which couldn't been a great idea if the half bath offered more storage, the room was not as clean as I expect when staying at a hotel, the worse part was the housekeeping as there was literally none. My trash was never picked up nor were my bathroom linens replaced. When I asked for more linens as I was there for 2 nights I was told that there weren't any! This should be completely unacceptable! The "breakfast" was also disappointing as it consisted of bagels, yogurt, cereal, and coffee.

The shower was great, water pressure was good. The privacy of the location was great.
The hot tub was lukewarm water, and half filled also never clean towels. The breakfast was extremely lacking and should be advertised as restaurant rather than Continental breakfast.
The basic cable for tv option was awful

There was no breakfast provided. We went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.
The desk staff were hard to find and not very communicative. We checked in around 8:00 pm and we had to go looking for a staff member to check us in. We finally had to call the hotel phone number to get someone to come to help us. When we checked out the desk staff member was very non-communicative, almost unfriendly toward us.

The room was nice with the balcony. Clean. Hot tub was nice the 2nd night once the jets worked. Pool was cold but clean. Staff was super friendly.
We didn't have hot water (which they told us before we came so thats fine) but they didn't tell us they were going to shut the water off for like 8 hours to fix the hot water. So we couldn't even use the restroom in our room, couldnt get our free coffees they gave us vouchers for. We literally had to leave the hotel if we needed to use the restroom which was a pain. We had no water to wash our hands or brush our teeth. Youd think we would have gotten some sort of discount for our room since the whole weekend we couldnt really shower, use the restroom or do basic hygeine. But Staff was very nice and we had a good time since we were basically forced to leave our room to go do stuff.

The staff checking in was very nice and helping as we were there for a stay due to leaving a bad home situation. They made me feel like I would have privacy and be safe during my stay. The pool was clean and the rooms were very nice.
We were left without trash cans for two nights due to the cleaning staff not bringing them back after we left them outside full for pick up. We asked a few times but finally just went to the front desk the second night so we could keep the room cleaned up. Nothing major at all and didn’t affect the happiness of our stay.

bed was a little too soft

Friendly staff
Rooms look old and tired, definitely need an update. Bathroom also needs updates. Sink doesn't have any counter space to put toiletries. What little breakfast items they have are way over priced. There were no towels in the pool area
