I would recommend this hotel as long as you are able to walk long distances, the hallways are endles

bed very comfortable, loved having the bathroom sink outside the toilet shower area, big closet with lots of hangers, big L-shaped sofa. The customer service from the front desk and the food area was fantastic, they bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service.

The sofa was cream in color and on a dark wood base that had SHARP corners. Every time I approached the sofa I didn't see the dark wood base corner and I left with scabs on my shins because I was constantly hitting it. Otherwise no room complaints, our suite was great and very quiet. What I most DIDN'T like was the elevators are no where near the lobby, they are as far away as possible. (Not good for monitoring who is coming and going, plus long long long hallways to walk to and from the lobby. Also I booked this hotel 9 months in advance and could not get a first floor room.

Very comfortable bed. Starbucks on site was good for quick bite and coffee.

Pool was closed. Room location right near exit door was not ideal.

Nice location, well maintained, staff is very nice.

Pool hasn’t been available for months. 4pm and rooms were not ready.

Clean quiet rooms at a reasonable price

It was a real quiet place. Way better than most.

We don't think breakfast as included, but we had to leave early, so didn't check.

Definitely stay here again!

Staff members at check in and out were very helpful and friendly. Room clean noticed new shower curtains in bathroom.

Solid Option in Poughkeepsie

The hotel is in great shape (almost new). Lots of parking, clean rooms, very accessible (close to the highways / bridge). I like the fact that the TV had streaming services in addition to normal cable.

Although the hotel was easy to get to, it wasn't near anything in particular.

The room was very small. There was ants in the bathroom.

I sent them feedback and email and did not received an answer , Very disappointed !!!

Liked the shower water pressure, big towels, and large TVs.

Chairs on the porch, the fridge was too small, broken, and did not cool enough, and the sink clogged after 20 seconds of use every time we used it, they overcharged my credit card for the 2-day stay.
