I liked that it was close to the venue that I was attending. The room was clean and comfortable. However they kept $250 of a deposit which I don't get back right away, I have to wait a week. This was a huge inconvenience because I only had so much money due to the fact that an Airbnb canceled on my friends and I at the last minute so this was a last minute booking. They do not have a continental breakfast for the outrageous price that they were charging because of the concert that was happening across the street. $400 for the night and you can't even get a free muffin the next morning. That was a huge bummer. I paid $7 for a plain bagel and cream cheese and $6.50 for a small mocha that tasted bland. The coffee in the room tasted better. the only thing good about this hotel was the convenience of walking to the venue and that was it.

oh and the pillows were not that great at all. I woke up at 4:00 a.m. with pain in my shoulders and neck because these pillows go flat and there's no support. make sure you bring your own when you come here.

Staff was really nice and helpful.
200 deposit taken out on top of room fee.
No free breakfast like I was told.
Pull out bed was terrible.
So much more I can’t remember off the top of my head.

I liked my previous stay. Even though the outside was being painted and still is. I liked looking forward to another stay.
I paid $1200 for a more comfortable stay and I got nothing whatsoever and I liked nothing whatsoever.
The waste of time. Waiting outside of a locked lobby while the hotel clerk had my license and ALL 4 of my credit cards and did NOTHING but ignore me. The hotel clerk and booking.com representative were trying to resolve a computer glitch or a miscommunication, or overcome a mutual language barrier for over a half-hour. I would just have appreciated being able to use the restroom or to have been offered to sit inside, and the bathroom would have been, thus accessible. I paid $1200 on the app in advance, for 4 nights, the first of which was already half-gone when I was checking in.

Location, pool, breakfast, staff, gym
People drinking and smoking at the pool. Hallway smelled like Marijuana.
10.0
The location of the hotel, lobby bar, and breakfast availability. The staff was friendly and professional, overall cleanliness of the hotel.
Lack of a microwave in the room
4.0
The room and the property was very clean.
The two main things they advertise (come enjoy our refreshing pool, and meet in the lobby for drinks) were both unavailable during our stay. The pool was still closed for the season (despite it being over 90F) and nowhere on their website did it say that it was a seasonal pool. In fact, a few other hotels stated that their pools are seasonal and are closed until X date, but this one did not. I chose this hotel specifically because they talked up their pool area and I knew it was going to be hot during my stay. I only found out after I checked in that the pool was closed for a few more days. Also, their lobby bar was closed for the evening and "sorry for the inconvenience". No reason given. I won't be back.

Overall pretty nice stay.

No paper plates was a good thing, but I don’t like drinking coffee from a paper cup- Starbucks.
All was fine. The $10 parking charge x 2 was a rip-off. Not sure why this is charged.

The room I was in was pretty far from the elevator and difficult to use my wheelchair due to the carpeting, it's a nice place

Short ride from the airport, and close to shops and restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly.
They advertised a shuttle from the airport, but didn't clarify schedules until I requested pick-up and they said it was already too late. I also requested late check-out but they couldn't accommodate, even though the hotel was empty.

convenience to the airport and dining
nothing to dislike

Bed was very comfortable. I was cool how the tv greeted you. It was very clean.
The pool was dirty needed vacuumed so we just sat with our feet in. We had room 104 which had a sliding glass door. There were bushes in front of it so we really couldn’t use it. All of rooms on first floor had a small patio with chair except this one :(.

I thought the location scenery and lobby was nice
I did not like that the rooms were small. I expected something bigger based of pictures and pricing. Also, we had to kill a roach in our room which made it very uneasy. We were able to get another room on a different floor, but every little thing we saw had us nervous it was a roach. It was very hard to want to stay at that property.
