Beware of bed bugs!

The location is nice, close to a lot of things.

Please always check your sheets and mattress! The first room I was given I could immediately tell my sheets were not changed. There was what looked like makeup stains on the sheets. I requested for them to be changed and they said they would send someone. Hours passed and no one ever came. I asked again and they said housekeeping had left already so they gave me new sheets to change myself. As I was changing the sheets I noticed bed bugs in the edges! I went back downstairs and showed them the picture and they changed my room. For what I paid, I don’t think I should have had to go through any of that to begin with. The second room I got was cleaner. I inspected the bed and didn’t find any bed bugs, but I do not plan on risking it there again.

Mad about the $185 charge for the dog who left the room after half an because she was scared.

Didn't the misleading add about dog fee "may apply"and I was charged $185 for a dog who went into the room,got scared and took her out after half an hour,the for my dad to come and pick the dog up and take her home. This an unfair charge and misleading add.

Amazing staff, accomadations and have a great time at RIO

Everyone very friendly! Room was awesome. Loved the RIO and happy to be able to walk there

The breakfast could have been better but was decent. The location was the best it was within walking distance to all the stores and entertainment. And was on a bus line

I was there for the fair and it was convenient hotel to stay at at

I like the location The room was accommodating and nice Comfortable Staff was inviting helpful

Well the only thing I didn’t like was the ants in the bed crawling all over us that was a surprise I did show the cleaning lady and the manager a photo of them and she didn’t apologize and would get the exterminator on it ! We left that afternoon!

Very nice basic stay.

Loved the decor, the colors, the cleanliness, the ability to work from the room. Nice staff and fantastic location--so easy to walk to restaurants and get around town.

The free breakfast was inedible. I prefer to pay and get good food. The room could have been a bit more spacious and have drawers for clothing.

the hotel did not recognize my Booking.com. reservation. It was distressing and the issue is still unresolved. The reply i got was Booking.com did not manage to contact Springhill Suites. This was my first time booking via Booking.com and it will be my last.

The location & price for the money was good.

Good hot free breakfast

The coffee was too strong and there was smoking on the 6th floor so strong it was hard to stand. We did tell the front desk & they tried to handle it

Good location near the interstate and shops. Clean and comfortable rooms

$150.00 Pet charge! Very high and we did not realize the cost until we arrived. If I had known, I would have booked elsewhere.
