Basic, expected more

Spacious King Suite, comfortable bed, ample parking on site.

Location was in the middle of an industrial park on the edge of town and my room looked out over offices. Breakfast was terrible, self catering kitchenware was minimalist to say the least (1 glass in cupboard for example). Very little equipment to cook a meal with. Housekeeping is once every 5 days so because I stayed for 4 nights, I had no housekeeping. Room was clean but a bit rundown in parts. Did not feel very safe in the local area. Hotel appears to be used mainly for long term housing.

Would not recommend staying more than one night.

Staff was very nice and friendly.

We stayed 7 nights. Our room was only cleaned once and it was the night before we left. We had to practically beg for towels and toilet paper.

Fantastic easy experience, will definitely be back.

Safe environment, clean & cozy, with an exceptionally helpful, professionally polite, and I’d say of the most inviting cheerful crews ever. The breakfast is also, INCREDIBLE. WIDE variety!!!! 11 out of 10 stars.

Our stay was short but met our expectations. It was clean and staff were friendly.

The receptionist at check in was so friendly and extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable about the area and how we could best travel to our final destination.

Convenient location and great layout for a family but sorely lacking in comfort and amenities.

The location was great and the room layout was really good for our family of 6.

The closer smelled musty and was marked up. The shampoo bottle was completely empty and when asked they said they would see if they had any little tubes left. Thankfully they did because we packed light and didn’t bring any shampoo. But they weren’t very accommodating and made us come down to get them. The breakfast was pretty gross but that’s kind of what you get with a continental breakfast. The blankets for the pullout bed were so rough they seemed like towels.

Wonderful

The property has all the facilities we needed, kitchen, laundry, free hot breakfast etc.

One of the staff members in the morning time at the reception was a bit rude while evening staff was very sweet
